A Kind Heart and a Wolf's Courage (Semi literate) Filled

Tyr smiled and said, "Embarrassing for whom?" He raised and eyebrow and let it fall.

Adam stepped up and said to both of them, "Don't worry. We can keep guard without watching you, Natalya."

Tyr rolled his eyes and smirked to Adam, "I was kidding. Calm down buttercup."

Adam gave Tyr a dark look, but Tyr just laughed it off saying, "Lead on Natalya," as he walked away from Adam.

She blushed and led them to the lake. It had crystal clear water and was well taken care of. A woman was there, about her mid forties. When she seen Natalya she smiled but it faded when she seen the two men with her. Natalya explained to the woman why they were there and what her father had said.

"Very well," she said with a hint of an Irish accent. "But you must keep your eyes averted." she said with a tone that held no argument. She showed them where they could and could not go and then led Natalya to the water. She had her undress and step into the water until it was waist deep and she began chanting and sprinkling herbs and such on Natalya.

Both Tyr and Adam took opposite posts of the lake. Both kept their eyes scanning the horizon and individual trees, checking for anyone who shouldn't be there. Well, besides themselves of course.

Tyr stood fast, keeping a vigilante eye out for intruders. As he heard the water fall from Natalya's bathing, he tightened his fist while keeping from the temptation of peeking over his shoulder. When she giggled from the coldness of the water hitting a sensitive area, he couldn't help himself. He looked over his shoulder to see what had been so funny.

Adam stood almost perfectly still, except lookin' left and right to watch for any vagrants nearby. He knew Tyr would look at Natalya from his comment earlier. He wanted to check to see if he was looking, but that would mean looking himself.

The old woman had her eyes closed as she chanted the purification chant and Natalya wasn't paying attention. The water had been cold from the chill in the air and she giggled when it grazed her bare stomach. Being in the water in this temperature would have killed a human, but not a wolf. She had petals in her hair and she had streams of water across her pale skin.

Tyr had lucked out. The old woman had her eyes closed. He craned his neck a little more to see Natalya. The petals in her hair glistened as the water ran downward. Unfortunately for him, her hair was strategically placed in front of her; but her figure alone was pleasurable enough to watch.

Adam kept scanning the 230 degrees he could see without Natalya entering his view. He saw a few blurs of movement, but they turned out to just be branches falling from up high. He heard birds calling and singing, droplets of water from Natalya’s bath, and the old woman’s mumbling. He had never known how noisy nature truly was until he had to keep his senses tuned.

The old woman had her back to Tyr and she took a bowl and dumped water over Natalya's head. This caused her hair to stick closer to her and then she went under for a moment. She came up and pushed the hir from her face as she walked back to shore.

As Tyr watched Natalya leave the lake, he realized the woman now would be looking to make sure they weren't watching. He whipped his eyes back to the horizon, and resumed scanning the forest around them.

Adam kept his head swivelling left to right slowly watching for any intruders. When he looked to his right, he saw Natalya exiting the lake. He let his eyes wander up and down her body and immediately forgot about his prior duties and the old woman who no doubt would catch him looking.

The woman walked out after natalya and she looked at Tyr. Nd seen he was facing away. Natalya took a towel and dried off the beads of water that covered her pale skin. The old womab turned to Adam then and yelled out in her native language which caught Natalya's attention. She jumped and pulled the towel closely around her.

Adam whipped his head away, embarrassed. His face red with shame. He looked at the dirt avoiding any eye contact with anything.

Tyr hears the old woman yelling at Adam. He smirks a little that he got away, but Adam didn't. He looks around at him and sees him staring at the ground. He glances at Natalya and sees her wrapped in her towel. He looks back away and calls out, "What's wrong?"

The woman was going off on Adam and Natalya quickly dressed herself. "Adam....was watching." She said a little shaken. She hadn't realized what she had dpne when she jumped until the pain hit. Her arm was bleeding once more.

The woman kept going in her language and it soundednlike it was getting worse. Finally natalya had heard enough and responded to the woman in her language and the woman left grumbling.

Adam remained silent, staring at the ground. When the old woman stopped her ramblings, he said, "I- I... I'm sorry. Are you decent?"

Tyr kept his eyes averted and didn't reply to Adam's question. He wanted to say something sardonic, but he could tell he felt bad enough as it was. He just shook his head disappointedly and waited for the go ahead for them to turn around.

Natalya made sure she was completly decent before she gave them the okay. "I-I'm decent." she said a little shakily. She wasn't sure what to think of what had happened and her pale face was flushed pink on embarassment.

Tyr turned around and walked to Natalya. He hugged her and kissed her forehead, "Are you okay? You seem put off."

Adam turned slowly, still watching the ground. He avoided anyone's gaze as he walked to Tyr and Natalya.

She mentally shook herself nd half avoided looking at Adam. "Yeah...I'm fine. I think I was in the water too long. I'm cold and when she yelled she scared me. Now my arm hurts again." She said putting on a smile.

Tyr looked at Natalya's arm. Most of wound had healed, but the center was still closing. The water must've weakened what he had used for the sutre. He looked to her and said, "It looks like your stitches are starting to dissolve. I need to check all your wounds, is that okay?" He puts a hand on her thigh to let her know he'd have to check under her bottom dressings.
