Raksha sat up from the floor to cross her legs and gently wrapped her knuckles on Shawn's head. "You aren't doing it right." she said with a laugh.

Before long, Cassie's house came into sight. It was, mercifully, still intact, although belongings were strewn about the porch, and even some were in the yard. The house was, however, not her first priority; she let the air spill from her wings, and flew into the barn, perching on a rafter, her tail rotating up and down to keep her balanced.

((I'll let you decide if the animals are unharmed or if the Yeerks took them in for questioning/destruction in the event one of them might be an Andalite Bandit ))

Shawn batted Raksha's hands away playfully, "Ha-ha, hey this," he started waving his hands over his head, "is a no touchey zone. You have no idea how long it takes to get the 'I just rolled out of bed and shoved a cap on' look."

Jake smirks and comments, "What, a whole 5 minutes?"

Shawn shoots back, "Three actually, and when you've just gotten out of bed and you need to be at school in half an hour, that's a long time." Shawn forms a mischievious grin.

Tobias stays in the sky,letting Cassie do this on her own,keeping an watch around the area in case any yeerks were out in hiding.

(hmmm,well I have enough control as it is,I think its time every gets fair share on how they want things,so will let YOU decide what has happened in the barn.)

Cassie, even in morph, began trembling uncontrollably. Every one of the cages was open and empty. <Tobias,> she said, her voice shaky, <they've taken all the animals. They... they must've thought we were hiding among them.> Her thought-speak voice cracked and she moaned, <Oh my god, surely they've killed them.>

((Sparky no! You know, with all the tomfoolery going on, I'm surprised Marco's been so quiet. ))

"It's a shame, you know," Marco said to Shawn from his lazy position on the couch, "that it requires all that time and effort. For some of us, being impossibly cute just comes naturally." He gave his most winning grin-and-wink combination.

Elayne smiled and rolled her eyes, her arms folded across her chest as she watched them.

((Thanks, I mostly see the situation as a whole, not so much as just from one character, so I think of how they would all act. Although I do sometimes forget some characters. ))

Rachel rolls her eyes and walks over to Marco. She punches him on the shoulder, "Whatever, Marco. You are not as cute as you think you are." She sits down on the other end of the couch and stares out the window, wondering how Tobias was doing.

Tobias looks down toward the barn,worried.<Cassie..I figured that would happen..but..>he was unsure what to say to her before he quickly flew in and landed beside her.<Cassie...look..we need to focus on the main goal of this..>he knew she loved the animals but they had a job to do as well by checking the rest of the barn and house.

"Oh yeah, Rachel, right," he rolled his eyes with a self-confident smirk. "That's why my babe magnetism drew you to sit over here. And yeah, you punched me, but that was really more of a love pat."

Cassie slowly turned her osprey head towards Tobias, unable to express the emotions she was feeling with her face or even tears. Finally, she gathered her wits and said, her voice still shaky, <You're right. Do you think I should stay in morph? An osprey rooting through the house looks weird, but I don't want to be identified, either.>

Tobias looked at her.<I think you should stay in morph and seach alittle in your house,any sign of trouble,head for the door or windows..if they catch you,just act like a normal bird looking for prey.>he says calmly and softly to her as he had taken the role of Jake now,throwing up suggestions and orders on the fly by.

Rachel hit Marco again, only harder this time. "The only reason I'm here, is 'cause it's next to the window. Dork." She crossed her and continued to look out of the window, sullen.

Raksha was laughing at the conversation. With an elbow nudged to Shawn. She picked up a pillow, quiet as a cat, and threw it, popping Marco in the side of the face while he was distracted with Rachel. "Seems all you attract are pillows. Too bad." she said teasing.

Cassie knew it would look strange for a bird of prey to be inside a house like this; she should have morphed a scavenging bird, perhaps, but these eyes were better than a seagull's, and she was too exhausted for two morphs at the moment, anyway. <Okay,> she told him and flapped through the open door into the house, looking around in amazement at the disarray.

Marco grinned at Rachel but then cried, "Ow!" when Raksha hit him with the pillow. Rubbing his cheek, he gave her a teasing smile. "Look, I know how hard it must be, being a woman around me. You just can't help but flirt, but you really should stick with Shawn," he winked. Glancing to Elayne, he added, "Lucky for you you're an android."

She gave a sardonic smile. "It does come in handy," she replied dryly.

Shawn smiled and said teasingly, "I don't know Marco, you are lookin' pretty good today."

Jake shuddered, Jamal rolled his eyes, Rachel's face twisted oddly, and Ax tilted his head in bewilderment. Jake shook his head to Ax stopping him from asking any questions.
