Tobias nods and flies down and lands on a branch above the group to rest his wings abit.<Ok Jake.>

(I don't really want to play anyone but Tobias,as I feel only his form makes me feel happy on this forum/rp.)

Jake sees Tobias join the group. He looks up at him and asks, "How you holdin' up buddy?"

Tobias looks down at Jake with his normal fierce eyes of the hawk he was now.<Pretty good..better then earlier I mean.>he says softly to Jake,beganing to ruffle some of his feathers.

"That's good to hear." He turns back to Cassie and rubs her shoulders. "We just have to wait it out. It'll be okay, they won't find anything, and we'll be back in the clear."

Marco landed on low branch, fluttered to the ground, then began to demorph. Once his face was more human than bird, he gave Rachel a private eye roll then jerked his head at Jake and Cassie with a smirk.

Cassie, however, was too busy staring at the ground to notice. "I'm sorry, everyone. I hope you're not all mad at me, but I understand if you are."

((I'm happy to relinquish Cassie if Mythica wants her, or someone else wants to pick her up. I just figure Parker shouldn't have to play 50% of the characters, lol))

((It's not that I mind, it's just that after a while, it'll by posts could get rather extensive. More people, shorter posts. ))

Jake gives Cassie a slight squeeze, "No, no. Remember when Tom tried to take my father? I freaked out too. I almost blew our cover. You guys had to stop me, almost the same way we did you. In fact after this is over, we may have to do the same thing again. Tom's going after my parents tonight. Probably once your house is cleared. Then, you may have to be the one to talk me down." Jake added a small laugh at the end.


Shawn looked to Elayne, <Hey, uh, where is everyone?> He then looked at the coffee table and saw the blue box. <Well, I guess they've been here already. So I take it they sped off to the barn then?>

((I totally understand. Mythica, just let me know if you want to pick up anyone. Marco and Cassie are both free, even though I'm controlling them a the moment. Hehe, Controlling.   ))

Cassie lifted her head to look at Jake as he spoke, her brow slowly becoming lined with worry. "Jake, don't talk like that," she said quietly when he was done. She shook her head, and her eyes began to regain their usual focused, reassuring light. "You don't know that Tom is still going to attempt to infest them -- what if this disrupted the Yeerks' plans?"

Marco walked to them and leaned against a tree on Rachel's other side. "Look, I know everyone is trying to make everyone feel better. And I hope what you're saying is true, Cassie, but... realistically speaking, this may not have affected their plans at all. If we try to save Jake's parents tonight, it'll look really suspicious. I mean, how often can the Andalite bandits come to the aid of a particular group of families before the slugs finally catch on?"

"They are in search of Cassie. I believe they were worried the Yeerks were infiltrating her house in search of the blue box," the Chee told him, then added, "The blue box that is now located here." She pointed to what looked like just a regular coffee table. But then the holograph disguising the Andalite technology shimmered and winked out to reveal the Escafil device.

Jake answered Cassie first, "I'm certain he'll try again. He just failed to get the blue box, he's not going to fail another time. He'll definitely try." Jake then looked to Marco, "Well then, we won't go in as animals. We won't strom the place. This time we find a," Jake smirks at the wording, "'non-violent' way?" He uses the upward inflection to catch Marco's attention, hoping he'd get the clue.

((I'll wait for Mythica's post before I go any further with Shawn.))

Ater an amount of time, and she thought it was safe, she darted into the trees below her. To others it looked as if she was diving for food, but in the cover of the trees she pulled up and slipped inside the window. She landed in the floor, stummbling a little bit and demorphed as she went, causing her to land on her back in human form on front of everyone. "Oof! I think I need to work on the landings...." she said and smiled to the others at her rather awful entrance.

Shawn watched Raksha be ungraceful for the first time. <Huh, so you aren't perfect,> With that he added to her privately, <<That's perfect.>> He then turned back to Elayne, <Thanks for letting me know where everyone is.>

He turned his body around to point to the window, <Raksha, sorry to put your through this again, but we gotta go again. Unless of course you want to stay with Elayne.>

Raksha gave a small grimace and then morphed back into ther raven ater getting to her feet. She ruffed one of her wings before hoping onto the window sill. <You coming?> she asked enthusiastically and then added more priveately to him <<And I am in no way nor was I ever perfect.>> and sent him a smile.

Seeing Raksha's beak attempt a smile, Shawn laughed a little. <Right behind ya beautiful.> He spread his wings in anticipation, waiting for Raksha to take off before he did. He added privately, <<Oh-ho. I guess that depends on your definition of the term.>>

<<For one,if I was perfect I wouldn't have landing issues and wouldn't have ended up on my back.>> she said as she took off into the sky. <<I stick to my meanings.>> she said with mock stubbonrness.

Tobias softly closed his eyes again and just listened to everything as he began to rock back and forth,his mind was slowly becoming more relaxed by the minute,which always happened before the real hawk would show up again.

((Thanks, Parker. I sure got mixed up in my RPs last night, lol! I shouldn't post past my bedtime. Ok I edited it. Let me know if it's still inaccurate.

And don't worry about it, Mythica. Sounds like she'll be drawn in again by Jake's plan, so we're good. And I don't mind if my charas take little breaks, anyway.))

Marco folded his arms across his chest with a frown. "You think she'd go for it? And what is she gonna do anyway, hide your parents behind a hologram? Is there any way to help them without revealing too much?"

Cassie looked down again, then turned her eyes to the red-tailed hawk perched nearby. "Tobias? Are you alright?" she frowned in concern at his swaying motion.

Elayne reinstated the hologram hiding the blue box and murmured, "Good luck," even though they were already gone.
