Jake "spoke" calmly to Cassie, <Look, if you go rushing out there, the Yeerks will know for certain that we're the Andalite Bandits and that they're connected to your family. You will never be safe again.>

Cassie began demorphing, <I'm sorry, I got careless.>

Jake looked to everybody, <Okay, lets work our way further into the forest. We have to make sure noone sees us.>


Shawn looks down and sees Raksha flying with ease, <You really took to flying well.>

<We keeping the feathers, Jake?> Marco asked, still perched on the branch on which he had landed. Now that Cassie was calm, Marco started to feel a surge of irritation well up inside him. What the heck did she think she was doing, rushing in there like that? Even if her parents had been home, saving them was not worth revealing to the Yeerks that they had some connection with this human family. It would not take a Yeerk long to figure out the Andalite bandits were not Andalites at all, and everything would be lost. But what if it were your dad's house they were invading? a voice murmured inside his head. He squashed it immediately, but he found he could not cling to his irritation any longer.

((fyi all, I will be out of town this weekend and probably unable to access the internet until late Sunday evening, so feel free to move my characters where you need them to be while I'm gone! Thanks, and have fun!))

((Hope you enjoy yourself. Okay, so we can move 'em? Can we have them crack wise?))

Jake looked over to Marco, <Yeah, right now, our feathers give us camouflage, fust flap from branch to branch until we get far enough in. If all of a sudden, kids start popping up in the woods, the Yeerks might take us and infest us. Just try to be quiet about it.>

He started the movement by flapping off of the branch, and trying to keep as much altitude as he can. Once he hit the next branch, he stopped, <See? Nothin' to it.>

Cassie started moving into the forest while demorphing. Rachel tried to copy Jake's movements, but her size was an issue. She decided instead to fly above the trees. She broke the cover of the tree tops, but stayed low, <Sorry Jake, I can't do what you're doing in this big guy.>

<It's okay, just stay low, get further in, and demorph.>

Jake called privately to Tobias for a sitrep, <<Tobias, how's the situation at Cassie's?>>

Tobias looks around the area as he watches.<Alot of them are going inside,about twenty controllers are guarding the house and about ten just went into the barn.>he calls down as he had raised in the sky,to be a tiny dot to anyone who was watching from below to act like a normal bird.

<<Tom moves fast. Okay, since he called this in, that means my folks are still okay. Keep me posted, okay? Just me. We can't have Cassie freaking out again.>> Jake continued his way deeper into the forest.

Tobias nods.<You got it Jake.>he flew overhead of Jake to watch ahead of Tom and the yeerks.

Cassie made it further into the forest and sat on a fallen tree. She put her head in her hands and tried not to think about what she almost did.

Jake floats above her and lands on a low branch, <It's okay, Cassie, we all lose ourselves sometimes. I'm just glad we got here when we did.>

((Can someone else reply to Jake as Cassie? I don't want to just ramble on to myself. ))

Tobias watches overhead and nods.<Yes,we are ALL here for you Cassie.>he said as he knew all to well of loseing his mind at any point,as even right now,he could feel the hawk wanting back in control.

Raksha laughed mentally, you could almost see her human self smile. <I guess it's my pagan spirit. Or at least that was what my grandmother would tell me growing up.>

Shawn was about to respond to Raksha, but Erek King's house came into view. <Okay, we're here. Looks like they have a window open for us. I'll go first, wait a few moments after I enter the house before you go in, okay?>

[Midnight_Huntress]

<You got it!> she said and lifted a little higher in her area and began slow and lazy circles as she waited.

Shawn tucked his wings in and shot downward. After entering the window, he flared his wings to kill his speed. He landed on a chair's arm rest and called out to Raksha, <All clear!>

Shawn looked around and found the room empty. <Is anyone here?>

((Does anyone want to take control of Jamal? I will if no one else will.))

Elayne turned and looked towards the kitchen as Shawn landed in the living room. "Hello again, Shawn," she said, walking towards him. "At least, I assume that is you. Where are the others?"

Marco trailed Jake, Cassie, and Rachel through the forest, hopping from branch to branch a while. <This is getting tiresome,> he whined after a while, his wings aching from never being able to catch a true updraft with all these trees. <I look like I'm on a freaking pogo stick. You think we're far enough away to demorph, Jake?>

[Darth Revan]

Jake looks past Marco; he can barely see the Yeerks, even with his enhanced eyes. <Yeah, we're clear. Tobias, you can come down now if you want.>

Rachel and Jake both demorphed. Then, they both sat beside Cassie. Jake put his arm around her, and Rachel held her hands.
