((Tobias, don't you think we need more people to join us--especially such dedicated members of the RAF community as Seal and Blue--so that all of the Animorphs can make an appearance to interact with Tobias and continue the plot? Either that, or all of the original players need to take two or three characters each, including you and Mythica. I know you want the RP to focus on Tobias's decision-making process, but don't his choices involve all the characters? I mean, Tobias is a big part of everyone's lives.
Don't you think that, so long as we keep the posting slow so that everyone gets a chance to respond frequently and doesn't get left out of the loop, you will still have your say in how the RP goes?
Well, ultimately this decision is up to you, as you started the RP, but you did say anyone could join as anything. And I personally feel like the RP would be stronger if it were kept open to newcomers, especially while it's fresh enough that there isn't much story to catch up on. I'm personally intimidated by long RPs like GESB that I could never hope to read up on, so this seems like a perfect environment for people looking for a new Animorphs-related role play. If you don't want others to join and would rather the four or six of us just take up all the characters we'll need, then you might want to edit your first post to say the RP is closed to new players.
Re: the issue of the plot, do you want Elayne to drop by the barn to let them know the Chee took care of deterring Jake's parents from being taken to the Yeerk pool? I mean, I know you said you want the RP to focus on Tobias, but that was after I'd already started that little plot, so we keep bringing it up for continuity's sake. If you want me to end it so we can focus on Tobias, then I will. Do you have any other plots in mind that would be more to your liking? Like exploring the origins of these two non-Animorph morphers? Or something else?))
