EGAD. There's a "Don't use smileys" option! *smites it* ...Umm... I'm not normally violent, I swear. O.O I have a whole list of references on this fact, and I've only had to bribe them a little.  ;D

Ack! I'm sorry, I hadn't even thought of what troubles that could cause! You will be the first to ever call me Gene. XD

Is that pic of Hugh Laurie from David Letterman? the background reminds me of his show.

Did you ever see Inside the Actors Studio with Hugh Laurie? That was really cool!

:o No, I haven't seen it. Don't tell me I've been remiss in my fangirl duties?? I can't have that.

I know. I know.  :( I'm ashamed of myself, really. Have you see A Bit of Fry and Laurie?

Stephen Fry rules!

But no, it is on my queue though. I just recently (5 years ago) became a huge fan of Hugh Laurie. I got the entire BlackAdder Series after I graduated from HS and discovered the genius that is Hugh Laurie.

I hadn't even heard of his name before, then I did a skit in Drama class my senior year. It was a scene from BlackAdder The Third. And from seeing one episode from that season, I bought the whole series a year later, and now watch anything I can find with him in it.

YES. He is amazing.

Also, I love Blackadder. I got into BoFL last year because one of my professors loved it. And then some random person posted a wonderful clip from it. I've been hooked ever since, and have been making other people become obsessed with it... so, in that vain. *waves the various seasons of Bit of Fry and Laurie under your nose*

Though, I must say... I love Balderick the best  :<3: And no, I didn't just say that to have an excuse to use another smiley...

As Balderick was priceless, I gotta go with my man Edmond BlackAdder!!! BlackAdder the Third was by far the greatest season, I think.

Although I can't really blame you for loving Blackadder the Third... Blackadder Goes Forth is totally the best.

Random side note: There's this guy who works at a restaurant that I go to a lot, who could be Rowan Atkinson's double.

Nice. I liked "Goes Forth", but I loved Hugh Laurie, and that era too much. Also BlackAdder was, in my opinion, a higher position as the Prince Regent's butler.

Yes, he was a butler, but the PR was so dumb, Edmond could've made the master bedroom his own if he wanted to. >:D

Haha, yes. XD Never underestimate the... I thought he was a valet? (Thank you, you just gave me an excuse to rewatch it, to double-check. ;)) I've spent too much time reading books about that period. I very excitedly said to someone "Hugh plays Prinny!" and they looked at me like I was mad. I can't get away from it even when I'm talking about historical figures. Not that saying "George IV" ever clarifies anything for them. -_- Honestly.

I liked BA II, but just not as much.

I also like BA the Third because it was the only one where not everyone died. Edmond became the Prince Regeant!!!!

Ah, yeah. BA II was good. If nothing else, it made me love Miranda Richardson.

I think I've only seen one episode of the first season. "The Queen of Spain's Beard"? Thanks to that episode, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince took on a whole new level of amusement when I realized Slughorn and the Interpretor were the same actor. I may only watch those movies because of how many actors are in them that I love. (Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith (because she was Wendy in Hook and it was one of my favorites as a kid) Robbie Coltrane... Have you ever seen Alfresco? It has Hugh Laurie, Stephen Fry, Robbie Coltrane & Emma Thompson all in it. It's fabulous. XD)
