Terenia kept her weapon out as she approached the strange ship, keeping near Corliss. She cast him a confused glance as he lowered his weapon, but the question on her tongue was driven back by Keshin's voice. Slowly, Terenia puts together the pieces of what exactly is going on. She swallows, clenching her teeth as her weapon hand - the same hand that Keshin had incinerated - tightens like a vice around the Dracon's handle. Goose bumps rise on her arms and she begins to visibly tremor at the bounty hunters proximity. She shoots a second glance at Corliss, but her confusion has melted away into wrath. It quickly becomes obvious that the only thing keeping her from charging the turelek are Aliciana and Ossanlin, who are blocking the way.

When the shields erupted on the Mirage Tamora was thrown backwards, landing flat on her back in a patch of half dried mud. The wind whooshes from her lungs and she spends a few desperate minutes trying to catch her breath. When she sits up The Director and Cody are in the midst of a conversation about a nearby dog.
"I'm fine, thanks," she gasps, pulling her grimy self to her feet. She wrinkles her nose at the fresh layer of mud on her already destroyed uniform. "I need a bath."
She glances up at Cody when he addresses her and shrugs, "I'm not sure how well that'll go over. I mean...maybe Visser Two just tosses us new Yeerks. Or maybe he decides we'll make good target practice for losing our old ones. I tend not to trust Vissers, especially those in the low numbers. But you know him better than me...what are our odds of survival?"

In the bathroom, Trey splashes some water on his face. The sink quickly turns an ashen gray color as dirt and soot and blood is wiped clean. After a few minutes he looks at his reflection in the mirror. It is reasonably better, but he is still filthy.
"I may be here awhile," he sighs.
