Myitt looks up suddenly as the bounty hunter lays a hand on her shoulder. She shoots a contemptuous look at Joanne's arm for a moment, then she sighs, pushing the black bottle away.
"I don't really want it," she murmurs. "I don't know if she's from our future, but I don't want to know. Would you? Do you really want to know if the war on Earth is lost? Or...or if you guys run out of medicine? Or if you really do end up blowing my brains out? No, I don't want to think about any of that. Even if nothing she's experienced is definite, I'd rather just...live for the moment."
In his Skimmer, Corliss paces a bit, waiting for Terenia to try and access the computer systems. With them, she could easily talk to him, or open up a link to Myitt's portable comm link in the bar, or even contact Ossanlin's ship, if she wanted to. Contacting the Empire would be a different matter, there were far too many rebellion security protocols for any one person in a pool to attempt it; but Corliss really liked having an actual computer link in the pool. It made life in there so much more interesting.
((Hi mythica! You were talking to Gaz's people I think, but if you want, you can talk to Myitt, Joanne, Breekan, Puk, Alic, Gelia or Temrash, who are at the bar, or just outside the door are Elayne, Hunter and Parker, and locked in Ossanlin's ship outside are Ossanlin, Claxter, and Efaen. Corliss is outside too, with Terenia, in his ship. I can't remember if Zoshonel is inside the bar or not...sorry if I missed anyone!))
