<Every species has its fair share of power mad lunatics,> Terenia comments, <I have met more Andalites who fall under that category than Yeerks. Besides, power is not always such a terrible thing. It is better than being the weak one, the one who gets overlooked or worse, taken advantage of.>

She looks towards the shipyard, which reminds her ominously of a graveyard of sorts, paying tribute to all sorts of abandoned and some not-so-abandoned vessels.

<My fighter is in the back. I did not want to land too close to the bar, as I did not know what I would find.>

Parker notes Terenia comment, "You know, sometimes it's best to be overlooked, that way you can execute your plans without being seen."

Corliss grins at Parker's statement.  "I'd have to agree with you there, mate."

Keshin nods quietly, following the group outside. "There are some bad things about being noticed, you know. If you're just out in the middle of nowhere and you're nobody important, nobody will try to use you. But if everyone knows you exist and you have a lot of problems, everyone'll just take advantage of you. Better to not let anyone know who you are and keep any unique skills on the down low."

"That's useful for survival, sure, but then you selectively isolate yourself.  Having friends can be useful in a tough situation," says Corliss with a bit of a sneer.

One day after patrolling the Lylat system Team Star Fox get a call from Great Fox. "Fox come in." "Fox: Yes sir." "Fox. There's an important call from the headquarters. They want you to journey to a new galaxy called Milky Way. On your way there you see a space bar with people in it. This is a minor surveilence call." Ok. Captain. Fox out."

With that FoxMcCloud*, a 20 something(?) year old fox, leaves the Lylat system and looks for this Galaxy's Edge Space Bar. After several hours he finds it and decides to play it safe and hide his Arwing# in the trees. Upon entering one of the only places to park, a place with destroyed space ships, Fox sees a group of people and other......(um need a word) things. He then decides to jump into a tree and spy out the stangers without being seen or heard.

*A male fox that stands erect and speaks engish, light brown skin color with yellowish hair, wears green pants and shirt and has a white vest that's always open on. He wears large red boots that correspond with his green pants.

# has a white body and blue wings. has the two blue wings above two other white wings below. two blue wings pop upward while the two white wings pop forward, body looks like a oblong diamond.

Zoshonel decides to join the crowd outside and spread his wings a bit. He looks up into the sky and wonders if one of those stars was a place he knew. "I think I may need to give my mother a call and let her know I'm thinking of her."

<Mother?> Terenia spares Zoshonel a stalk eye as she traipses back towards her fighter, <You must be rather new to galactic travel to still consider calling on your mother.>

After a few minutes of passing by new and old spacecraft, some in pristine and some in rather dilapidated conditions, Terenia arrives at her own craft. It is a rather unimpressive Bug Fighter, not even close to the latest model. There are signs of hull repairs and the Z-Space engines were obviously added as an afterthought, jutting out strangely from the sides of the main engines. She sighs a bit upon seeing the beat-up ship. <I suppose it's no wonder it ran out of fuel so unexpectedly. Damned thing is a piece of junk.>

Keshin glares slightly at Corliss, walking beside the others towards Terenia's distant ship. "But what if the situation makes it impossible to trust too many people that much? When you're an army or a resistance, you're a bunch of ordinary folks with a common belief in justice or at least a common frustration with your government. Now granted you can't trust everybody to be loyal, but the oldest members I suppose you can stand by. Especially when half of the brass are related by blood."

Keshin stares off. "In our kind of situation, that's just not possible. Even the most honest would think to use us, especially considering that we require medicine to keep going as we are. And even that won't work forever. It's better not to make too many connections at all then to lose every one of them to death or betrayal."

"Well I'm still in good graces with my family." Zoshonel said. "I actually haven't been traveling through space for very long, and my home isn't really too far away. Of course we do measure distances in lightyears in space, so not too far is still a pretty good distance. I guess you might hear this sooner or later, but I'm still kind of on the...young side. I am still an adult, though."

<So how did you go from being on an Andalite ship to flying around in a bugfighter? Even if you don't get along well with most Andalites, our people are less likely to shoot on sight if you use Andalite mae ships and gear.> Claxter said. He wasn't sure whether to think of her as a Human in another body, or as one of his kind. That kind of thing hadn't really come up before.

<Youth is nothing to be ashamed of,> Terenia noted, <I really cannot hold such a thing against you, seeing as I was eleven Earth years old when I joined this war.>

She pauses to examine her Bug Fighter, keeping a watchful eye on Zoshonel and the others. She chooses to answer Claxter's question in private thought speak. <<I am not permitted use of Andalite fighters. In fact, I am not permitted use of Andalite anything. Generally, my being in the presence of Andalites would be a death sentence,>> she chuckles a bit, <<I am rather disliked across the board by Andalites. They tend to look down upon those who try to impersonate them. I'm sure it would go a great deal to restore your honor if you were to bring them my head in a bag.>>

She winks at Claxter with one of her main eyes, keeping it ambiguous as to whether she is serious or not.

<<I think you're pretty safe from me. Prince Ossanlin seems rather opennded about things, so he may be able to help you.>>

Claxter took a look at the bugfighter as well, out of curiosity. Much like controllers, he hadn't really seen one outside of battle.

Terenia laughed again, darkly. <<The big Andalite who was all over Alic? We shall see. Open-mindedness is a trait I have yet to find among Andalites. They are much like humans, actually. Their arrogance allows them to pretend that they are somehing they are not, to the point that they begin to believe it themselves. No offense meant, of course.>>
