[Darth Revan]

Parker sees the ship land, the exo-skeleton exit, then a strange alien exit that. Apparently it was hungry, it ignored everyone, and scarfed down cat food. Ugh. <Well, to each his own.> Parker thought. More newcomers in and out of the bar. Getting antsy, Parker decides to check up on Boba.

Parker walks past the Minotaur, nodding to him, and steps over the small child as he addresses the newest alien. He approaches the ship he brought Boba to, he waits at the door and knocks on the ship. "Hey, how's our patient?"

((To those who did back-read, Boba is the name I gave Asmodee since I didn't know his name, and he looked like a bounty hunter. So, Parker called him a Boba Fett wannabe.))

Ardiss nods at Temrash cordially, but there is a tightness in the set of Christine's mouth.

"Thank you, Temrash. You are most kind," she says softly, one finger tracing etch marks in the wooden table as she keeps her gaze averted. She knows well that 'wandering off' is not a viable option at this point, and knows that Temrash knows as much as well. She is still seething over her stolen ship, but for the moment has chosen not to bring it up.

"Actually, I do think I am a bit thirsty," Ardiss says, standing up abruptly.


((Do you want to continue playing Christine's "voice", or do you want me to take it over??? Either is fine by me! ))

(I'll do Christine's voice if I think of something important for her to say. Also I'll do everything for her when Ardiss is out feeding.)

<You probably shouldn't be too mad about a ship you stole being taken from you.> Christine said. <Though maybe Myitt will bring it with her when she gets back, and temrash can talk to her.>

Keirdan continues to watch Cale. He takes a step closer, and squints at him. "Whatcha eatin'?"

Danika went to the bar, and ordered canned cat food with ice cream on top. The mechanical orb that followed her opened a small slot and produced a roll of currency. The Barkeep got her the stuff, and she began eating.

Mar smiles with a wry grin upon noticing Ardiss has re-entered the Bar. I certainly missed her, complex woman that she is. I doubt I can take her, but she shall be great fun to play with regardless.

Mar wanders towards Ardiss and asks politely, "Are you alright? I did promise I would help in case of your death. You seem to have had a very rough time of things."

((Just FYI guys, Ossanlin, Alic, and Asmodee are all still on the Mirage.))

Ossanlin smiles at Alic and twines his tail gently around hers.  She was trying to comfort him, he thought it sweet.  <He did choose, but I've never liked killing, I just learned to set my own values and compunctions aside.  I will kill and I will do so ruthlessly and without sympathy if necessary, but I will never like it.  If I do, I'll know it's time to pursue another line of work.>

Ossanlin looks up at Asmodee and nods as he requests freedom.  <I shall be glad to give it, after all I can't help but feel somewhat responsible for the ordeal you just went through.>  Ossanlin quickly releases the remaining restraint and disarms the presser field, even though it is malfunctioning.  <I believe you may still have some injuries, though the most grievous are gone.  You're welcome to remain in the pod, they should be healed shortly.  Of course you can take your leave if you wish, the decision is up to you again.>

Ossanlin hears a metallic banging coming from the hatch region of the mirage...it was not easy to make impacts on the hull audible from the outside.  Ossanlin frowns a bit and sets the pod to auto as he untwines his tail from Alic's and trots to the hatch.  He opens it and sees the enhanced human standing at bottom of the ramp.  Well that explained the audible banging.  <Oh, well Asmodee is mostly healed and his major...illness...i t was a parasitic infection, has been cured.  He should be well enough to move and act on his own now.>

When Oss leaves, Asmodee turns to Alic. "So you two are together. That's cute. I may go home when my wounds heal and find someone to be together with. Personally, if I didn't like the work I did, I wouldn't be in it. Though perhaps Oss has other things he likes about being in the military, besides eliminating Yeerks."

[Alic]

Alic knew what Ossanlin meant. That she should be done fighting. She didn't respond and watched him exit, knowing he just didn't quite understand.
Alic shrugged and looked at Asmodee, not being able to hide the smile in her eyes. <Cute,  yeah. You could say that. So you would start a family? That would be nice. Something refreshing during a war.>

"Bearing young and teaching them would be something I haven't done before. I'll need something to keep me relatively active in my retirement."

[Myitt]

((Haha, parasitic infection.  If Myitt could only hear Ozzy talking now. x3  And ice cream on cat food or other assorted fishy products = gross.  End of story xP))

Corliss orders a Bass ale and looks around the room, contemplating fixing the Skimmer.  A strange insectoid creature has arrived, a species Corliss has never seen before.  Not too unusual in a place like this, but he wonders who he is, and why on earth he's eating...tins of cat food? 

<Man, do you 'ave to keep staring at that thing eating?> Michael groans.  <It's dead grotty.>

<Maybe we should go and talk to it.> 

<I can smell the bloody cat food all the way over 'ere.  No.>

Corliss smirks and looks around again, sipping his beer.  He notices with some displeasure that Christine has returned, and he knows that means Ardiss is back as well.  Mar was over there, talking to her.  Not a conversation he wanted to join, but nevertheless he found himself picking up his beer and walking over to them. 

He smiles brightly and sits down across the wooden table from Ardiss and Mar, setting down his beer and clasping his hands. 

"Hello," he says, looking from Mar to Ardiss.  "Back in one piece, I see."

(I'm getting a chuckle about the parasite infection too. And ok, I conceed that ice cream on fish is gross. Just imagine Danika is done with it now.)

Danika finished off her meal, and went over the infomation the orb had currently taken. It seems that preliminary scans were done, and now she needed some live samples. Things like grass and trees would be easily taken, but a local sentient subject could be more difficult. Given her options, Keirdan seemed to be the easiest one. She returned to his side to observe him more.

"The guy's cured? Great to hear! Hey, I don't mean to impose, but do know anyone who would be able to figure a way to get me back home?"


((I'm not trying to leave, I'm hoping that there's no way to return Parker so that he can relax and try and find a new way here.))
