((Right about now Myitt would be screaming at Ossanlin to run away, far away, no bonds, not allowed, scary scary man XD And Chad, I think your 'brakeep' typo actually almost sounds like an alien language, haha...it took me a second...XD we should use it, hehehe.))
Outside the dreamlike world of Temrash's mind, Myitt gapes at Breekan. "Holy sh*t!" she exclaims, flinching back from the hot black ooze, coughing on the acrid stench of burning metal and flesh. "Breekan, your face!" She knew her friend had remarkable regenerative capabilities, but that still had to hurt...
---
"I don't care what the ruddy barkeep thinks of the walls," says Corliss, speaking in English, but it is intelligible to Temrash in this mind-to-mind connection. "On my mark we'll exit and get ready to blast the wall he's sitting closest to. I have detonators, if nothing else the physical blast might knock him outside. Or unconscious, if we're really lucky. Ready? One...two..."
---
The black box on the table next to Myitt flashes red, but she doesn't notice it for a moment, stuck on handing Breekan a dish towel sitting near the register. The machine starts beeping and she whips toward it, cursing. "F*ck, f*ck, f*ck..." She shakily presses the unlatching controls with her only really useful hand, and the tendril-like wires snake out of Corliss' and Temrash's ears. Corliss curses and holds one side of his head, eyes watering. "Jesus, I hate that," he hisses, drawing his Dracon. "Myitt, the wall behind him."
Myitt blinks, drawing her Dracon and aiming in the direction Corliss is pointing his weapon, both of them firing at the bar wall, disintegrating a huge swath of it and the concealable whiteboard it contained. The heat from it is enormously uncomfortable, and several of the booths against the wall start to char and set aflame from it.
Wind from the green forest clearing outside starts to pour into the bar. It's cold.
Without delaying Corliss chucks a timed detonator in the bounty hunter's direction, hoping for the best. Since the bounty hunter was pretty well removed from everyone else, he also hoped it wouldn't hurt any of his own comrades.
