We turned to the Andalite, <The reconstruction of the transport is 25.3 percent complete. We have only 74.7 percent left.>, We turned to continue walking.

[Terenia]

For a moment Terenia is shocked that Temrash has freed her, but she quickly recovers. She steps out of the bounds of its generators, not wanting to get stuck behind them again, being careful to stay away from Ossanlin and Temrash.

<<That was quite a bit easier than I expected,>> Terenia says gratefully to Corliss. <<I expected him to at least wait a day or two. Not very good at sticking to his guns, is he?>>

Ossanlin looks from Temrash to Corliss to Terenia.  <I believe the best place for Efaen is with the rebellion.>  He turns his head to look at Corliss with his main eyes.  <I cannot promise her the kind of action she desires with my own people, with the rebellion I assume that she will most-likely be one of the most active field agents given her morphing capability, that is, if she's trusted.>  Ossanlin looks back at Terenia pointedly before looking at Corliss again.

<I need confirmation from Reven that Terenia has been accepted.  Reven also needs to be notified of Terenia's recent...activities ...in case that makes a difference in his opinion of her.  If she is allowed to join the rebellion, I will allow the rebellion and Terenia to make use of Efaen.  I am certain that Efaen does not wish to join you, but if she truly wishes to accomplish her personal objectives as she has stated, it is really the only place she can go.>  Ossanlin take a deep breath.  <Efaen, however, will remain a part of the Andalite military and thus will be under my command.  I suppose not much of this matters to you Corliss, but I need to speak with Reven if possible.  If I cannot, Efaen will not leave this rock with the only exception being my Dome Ship.  Can you arrange it?>

Corliss steps into the room off the cabin where Terenia had been held.

Before replying he resists the urge to hug her Andalite body, still uneasy with Efaen's presence.  Instead, he takes her hand and gives it a squeeze, grinning at her.

"Got my gun back," he says, taking it out and waving it back and forth.  Then he looks over at Ossanlin.  "I've received confirmation that Reven will accept Terenia and Efaen into our ranks, under probationary terms, but he will of course need to consider...the more recent events.  If you'll follow me to the Skimmer, Ossanlin, I'll be able to see if Reven is available for you to speak to." 

He looks back at Terenia.  "You're coming too, of course.  Unless you'd rather stay here." 

Corliss gives a last grudging glance at Temrash and Kevlin, then he heads for the hatchway.

"I honestly doubt Terenia can be trusted as she is, but Corliss is stubbornly insistant in letting her run around on her own accord even if it puts people in danger. Though since I'm not even a member of their rebellion, and possibly never will be, it's all up to Reven. I'll just have to let it be up to you two, except Ossanlin will have to do me a favor. The next time she gets all pissy about wanting to do things her way, and insists that someone she cares about should either do things her way or die, don't go putting that person at her mercy. It won't work out."

Keshin watches the Yeerk called Corliss wander off to do...well, whatever it is that the people that frequent this place get involved in. Judging from who she's met so far, she would guess that what they're doing is nothing legal. She'd best get drunk quickly and leave this dark little world. Keshin glances at the inside of her drink, groaning when she realizes it's empty. Perhaps it was a better idea to stay in the Bar.

Keshin watches Corliss for another few moments before turning around and walking out of this area.

Kevlin finished eating and returned to Temrash's ship.  He brushed past Corliss as he walked in. He noticed Terenia free and Dara opened his mouth but Kevlin closed it. <It wouldn't do to questio Temrash in public.> He took position behind Temrash and waited for the others to leave as he assumed they would.

[Terenia]

<Like hell I want to stay on this ship.> Terenia shoots Temrash a scathing look. <You talk far too much, you know?> She lets out a little snort of general aggravation and follows Corliss towards the hatchway. Her stalk eyes watch Temrash closely in case he decides to act rash yet again.

[Luke Skywalker (Ossanlin)]

Ossanlin nods to Temrash.  <Thank you for the use of your vessel facilities.  I apologize for the imposition.>  He follows Corliss and Efaen...Terenia down the ramp.  <Yes, and he will have to agree to my terms.>  Ossanlin continues his conversation with Corliss.  <If he does not...well then Efaen will not join the rebellion.  Of course that would not stop Terenia from doing so, she would simply need a different host.>

Temrash noticed Corliss ignored his mention of the rebellion. It wasn't a good sign. He would try to talk more to the guy alone. He noticed Kevlin, and waited for the others to exit before talking.

"I let her go. Not because I decided it was wrong to pen her up, but because I believe I do need the rebellion's help. I need to try to get back on Corliss' good side, so I gave him his weapon back. He wanted her freed, and I figured if I said no he'd probably try to shoot me again. I'll just have to wash my hands of Terenia and Efaen and work on my own goals."

[Cobra (Gymn)]

"That's a good idea she's unstable. Dara should know." Kevlin understood Temrash's reasons now. "So what are we doing?"

Silver simply nodded her understanding to Claxter and then mumbled under her breath "no kidding." When he pointed out the amount of repairs done. Then he described the process and she gripped her staff harder.

<Well judging from the difficulties you're currently having, perhaps it would be better not to attempt any assimilation so far away from Alvie. Do you do anything besides just run around assimilating other races?>


"Not sure. I guess there isn't much to do for now. How well would you say we're progressing against the Empire?>

[Terenia]

Trey looks up from his Coke, having lost interest in it. Vanessa seemed to be still in some sort of state of shock from her arrival. Not that Trey blamed her, but he thought that perhaps she could use some time alone to cope. A quick glance around the bar and he realized that Elayne had also entered, unbeknownst to him, and was sitting some distance away.

"Hey," Trey said to Vanessa with an apologetic smile. "I'm going to go talk to someone real quick. Just let me know if you need anything, okay?"

Trey hurriedly scooted his chair back and stood, keeping a lookout for Mar. He finally found the being, talking with someone Trey did not really know. Maybe he'll be preoccupied for a while... Trey hoped, weaving his way through the tables and chairs until he reached the one that Elayne sat at.

"Uh...hey," he said by way of introduction, shooting a worried glance in Mar's direction.
