Claxter headed for me. Andalites were legendary for their speed, agility and reflexes in their Quadrant of the Galaxy.

Reptilinod were legendary for their speed, agility and reflexes in the entire galactic cluster, rivaled only by the Parrisae.

I shoved Claxter's tail aside as he whipped his tail blade at me. Yellow blur to Blue blur. My metal claws raked his flank. I slashed out with my sickle claws, up and down, and up and down, and up, and down.

I rammed with my horns. Raked with my claws. Slashed with my talons. This Andalite was no match for a 6' 10", per muscle/metal/psionic energy being!

John dived out of the way. He rolled onto his back and fired his weapons for the Vampire's head.
Bear sucked in huge gasping breaths and slowly came to. He blinked his eyes and winced at the tear along the side of his head and neck and tried to change back to his normal form to see if the healed it. But nothing happened! The box sparked again. It must be broken! He tried to get up but he couldn't, his hind leg felt like it was broken. He couldn't see what was going because of the grass.

Silver had landed a bit from Fredrick, but when she seen her father drop she rushed over to him, knocking at Vogefac with her staff and glaring at him through her angered and scarred face.

Elayne frowns a little; she hadn't exactly been expecting a hug and kiss from Mar--nor did she know if she really wanted one--but his reaction to seeing her and Trey surprises her. "Yeah, I've made some progress. The inside's looking good now." She glances at Trey again, then says to Mar, "Were you just out on a walk or...?" She doesn't want to finish the sentence at the risk of sounding needy.


Blanching, Tora hurriedly flips off the holoscreen and shakes her head. "Nothing. No one," she tells Myitt in a snappish tone not at all common for her. I cannot talk with him. I cannot let him know that I am here, that I am alive, she thinks feverishly.

Her hand drifts towards her communication link, thinking about warning Corliss not to speak with him, but she knows that Corliss would then have endless questions. As much as she likes Corliss, she has never revealed much of her pre-Rebellion past to him. In truth, Reven is the only one who knows many of the details--although she has told friends like Myitt a bit.

Her past and her life with the Andalites is something on which she seldom wants to dwell. Seeing Serid is utterly shocking. She has assumed all of this time that he has been dead. This abrupt evidence of his existence dredges up painful memories and frightening implications for the future that make Tora's stomach roil.


Illim continues weaving around ships until the glow of the Bar's windows is in sight. <<Think it's a house?>> he asks Serid as his black leather boots crunch the gravel.

<<Perhaps,>> Serid responds tersely. <<It seems more likely that it is an inn of sorts, considering the multitude of spacecraft here. I am puzzled by something, though.>>

<<Yeah?>> Illim asks, stopping as he reaches the Bar's door.

Serid answers, <<This kind of assortment of ships is unheard of. Andalite and Yeerk. Ships unlike anything I have ever seen. How is this planetoid not been reduced to a crater?>>

Illim slides his jaw to the side, pursing his lips as he considers this. "Let's find out," he answers aloud, pushing open the door and stepping inside.

((Meanwhile, back at the ranch...er, bar. ))

The place was already more or less empty.

<There must be a lot of action going on out there.> I said to Fiona.

Anxious. Not nervous anxious. Excited anxious. I was getting the feel of the bar. I wanted to blow some heads off with the Danger's Bane's blasters....

Slashing at the Andalite...

Suddenly, I was off balance. Someone was pushing me with a staff...

The girl!? But, my master...

Nevermind, I could take on two evils. I focused my telepathy on the girl, while focusing my physical blows on the Andalite.

Fiona nods. "Sure seems like it." She mentally debates going outside, but decides to stay where she is. If there was a fight going on out there, she didn't want to get caught in the crossfire. "Wonder what's going on?"

Silver stumbled back a step placing a hand to her head as she cried out with pain. What was this?

Her words echoed in my mind. I wanted to know what was going on....

I pressed the communicator on my arm, <Danger's Bane, enter the pub and prepare for my to enter! Then take us to the woods!>, I said.

I turned to the human, <If you wish, you may come along.>

Order to chaos? This was Chaos! She fell back another step before falling to one knee. She took her staff tightly and swung at his feet.

Order to chaos? This was Chaos! thought the girl.

I was about to say something, when SWOOOSH! The female swung her staff at my feet. I managed to get one foot up, but the other lagged behind and the staff snagged it.

CRASH! I fell to the ground and dirt flew all around me. I should have tightened my telepathic grip on the girl, but I was fighting two opponents. I tried to get up, and slipped a little, but managed to keep my balance. I swung my palm at the girl, hoping to keep her unconscious until I had finished off this Andalite scum. Why was he taking so long to nullify!?

Fiona starts to say no, but then looks around. It's not like there was much else to do at the moment. "Sure why not." She hops down off the stool. "Let's go, then."

[Chad32]

Claxter was impressed with vogefac's speed. He was so much faster than a Hork-Bajir, and Claxter was no seasoned warrior. He could hardly keep up. Luckily Silver came to his aide, and he could take the offensive. He slashed forward, towards Vogefac's neck, trying to get his blade to his enemy's throat. Maybe then he would settle down. However Vogefac's blades had also cut him. They were sharp like his own blade.

Fredrick saw Artemis leave him, and took the opportunity to focus his energy at John. He dodged the fire, and just like before tried to use hypnosis. However he was also close enough to John to get at him with the whip, and lashed out at the weapons as he tried to knock them out of John's hands.

[Cobra (Gymn)]

John couldn't tear his gaze away from The Vampire's. He stopped firing and the whip slapped the weapons from his hands.

<Wait! You have to stand still in order for the shrink-ray to work.>

The Danger's Bane flew in. <Fire.> I said.

Just before I could hit Artemis, I saw the blade fly at my neck I turned the blow that was meant for the girl to knock the tail-blade aside. Instead, it cut one of my fngers off.

"AAARGH!" I bellowed. This infidel would pay for his actions! Artemis was second.

I slashed at him, and aimed my psionics at him as well.

"Shrink ray?" Fiona blinks. "You didn't say anything about a shrink ray!"
