<Very well. Thank you Corliss.> Claxter said, assuming he meant alive and restrained. As much as Myitt was against taking risks, and remembering how Keshin blackmailed him, Claxter figured he would he things well enough under control. He wasn't really sure what to do now. He didn't feel the need to hang around Terenia, he couldn't watch Cody if his ship was locked, and he didn't want to tell Oss that cody was alone in his ship. Or with Tamora, which wasn't any better. He decided to leave, though in no specific direction.

[Cobra (Gymn)]

When the door opened I trotted out to get some fresh air. I laid down in the sun and rested until I heard a ship come in for a landing nearby I wagged my tail. It was John's ship. I trotted over to the ramp as the it lowered and John came out.

As John brought the ship in for a landing he noticed Bear out side resting near a bug fighter. He brought The Traveler in for a landing not faraway. "You can chill her or go into bar." With that he walked to the ramp, lowered it, and walked out. Bear met him at the ramp and jumped on him. "I'm glad to see you too boy! Where's the people you were following?" Bear barked nodded his head in the direction o the bug fighter. "Ok. Let's go meet them."

[Terenia]

Tamora heads towards the hatch, and is about to follow Bear out, when suddenly she spots Myitt.

"****!" she cries, ducking back into the ship and fumbling for her newfound weapon. She gestures Cody over.

"It's the rebel," she whispers, "the one that killed Zorish. Probably the brains behind this entire ordeal, if you ask me. She's alone." She glances down at her weapon, then back up at Cody doubtfully, "Pretty decent odds, wouldn't you say?"

"Nothings wrong," Terenia says quickly, flushing, "I'm just sick of that stupid Andalite following me around like a lost puppy dog, as if I'm the one that needs help." She snorts derisively, but then quiets, remembering why she was seeking out Corliss to begin with.

"Hey, um...I need, uh, I need your advice about something..."

[Chad32]

"Yeah, I'd say so." Cody said quietly. "Though what would you rather do? Vaporize her while no one is looking, and deny ever seeing her? Or something else?"

[Myitt]

Myitt keeps walking along the gravel lot near Tamora's ship, staring at the ground.

Corliss nods.  "Anything.  As long as you don't injure my host's reproductive organs."  He grins a bit.  "What can I do?"

[Cobra (Gymn)]

When Tamora cried out John pulled out his Tesla Particle-Beam (named in honor of the creator of the first particle beam). I started to run over to the ship to see what was the matter but John called. "Heel! Wait for me." He caught up to me and we walked up the ramp into the ship. "What's the matter?" John asked, "I'm John and you know Bear."

"Everything is fine." Cody said as casually as he could after the guy ran up. "My friend here just saw something that gave her a little start, but she'll be fine. She's the jumpy type, you know. I guess Bear belongs to you? Nice dog. We hung out a bit."

[Cobra (Gymn)]

"Bear's more of a companion actually. He seem worried when your friend cried out so we came over to check it out." John said to Cody, then to me, "If you want to stick with these guys for awhile that's fine with me I'll be in the bar." He noticed the Dracons that Cody and Tamora were carrying and he shook his head as he walked away. "Out-dated weapons." he muttered under his breath. I stayed in the ship and sat down near the ramp.

Cody was glad John left, but wasn't so sure Bear should stay. He didn't know how the dog would react to them trying to kill Myitt, and the fewer that knew what may happen, the better. "Hey Bear, why don't you go play somewhere else while we handle some important business. Ok? I need to do a few things and leave this rock behind."

[Cobra (Gymn)]

I was confused by this and it showed but my military training kicked in and I left, but I didn't go to far. I walked around the ship to the cover of the other side to see what would happen.

[Terenia]

"Yeah," Tamora says, still sounding uneasy, "Yeah, that might work. Even if it doesn't, I'll have my revenge, right?" She hesitates again, thumbing the dial of her Dracon Beam up to a setting that would effectively knock anyone out for a few hours. "Or, we could take her captive. Maybe she can get us into Ossanlin's ship."

"Well..." Terenia sighs, not entirely sure how to explain herself. Efaen is being silent, but Terenia can clearly sense her dislike of Corliss. "Here's the thing. Ossanlin basically told me I could go free, so long as Efaen agreed. Which is good, because they aren't going to try to starve me out of her. The bad thing...well...the bad thing is that we don't know where to go, or what to do. Efaen wants to remain a part of this war, which isn't an option with the Andalites." All true, so far.

"We - we don't want to go back to the Blade Ship either." Terenia falters on this last point, delivering the lie a bit less eloquently than she had hoped. She hopes that Corliss interprets it as a fear of returning.

((Well, here we go. I guess I have no choice. ...hmm. I can't picture Mar leaving Elayne's ship until she wakes up. But at the same time, I want him to do this so he can get involved with other characters. And I still can't think of any reason Keshin wouldn't leave. Maybe he can come back sometime later. :3 ))

Keshin sighs tiredly and mutters, "Computer, close exterior hatch. Prepare automated takeoff sequence."

Keshin had someone modify the Bug Fighter to do this a long time ago. Since most Bug Fighters were piloted by two people and there was only one of them walking around, they had had to find ways to allow the computer to control some of the flight. That way they could enter pre-made flight sequences into it while in combat and still be able to fire the ship's guns. The trouble was that the system was extremely buggy and somewhat ineffective. It was nothing in comparison to a true pilot, and there were some things which Keshin still had to do.

The computer begins to prep the ship for exiting the Bar as several lights turned on all about the structure. Keshin then sat in the pilot's seat and flipped a few switches. They're still exhausted, but he figures they're not going to get attacked any time soon. Everyone must be sick of fighting by now.

[Midnight_Huntress]

Silver rested her head against the wall, embracing the cool touch. She felt like she was seeing through a tunnel and all the sounds were from far away.

"That prince would probably go postal. Then again if we tried to just kill her and fail he would still go postal. You want me to try to lure her into the ship without her seeing you? Once she's in, and the hatch closes, no outside party can interfere with us short of using a ship."

Elayne gives a sharp intake as she abruptly wakes, seemingly sensing that some part of her surroundings has changed. Her eyes open to reveal Mar, who is watching her. She bites her lip and sits up, trying to push her messy long hair into some semblance of order. "Did you sleep alright?" she asks him, rubbing her eyes one at a time.


Tora finishes her Dr. Pepper with a satisfied sigh. The sweet, bubbly beverage has almost erased the stress of the last hour or two. She stands and makes her way to the Bar, where she leaves payment in United States dollars for her drinks, and then turns to leave the building. Although she supposes she should check in with Corliss and Myitt before she leaves the planetoid, it is definitely time to return to Reven.
