I wake up and find that my thread has turned on its head. Okey. Well.

1. Artistic license. Artistic license. Artistic license. If K.A.Applegate doesn't make you righteously angry for her poor grasp of the laws of physics, I should be entitled to at LEAST a cetain leeway. I don't delve into your private lives, and you don't openly blather on about them (usually), so please do not expect me to know what colour your socks are.

2. That's nice, Morfowt. Thanks. By 'citizen', I don't mean 'legal resident'. I mean 'somebody that currently is in that location'. I didn't have time to elaborate on your state of activity, but I may later include your munch-attack, if you wish.

3. Claire, there's some other stuff going on with your character at this particular moment. She isn't online, for starters. I'll get to it eventually. 4. Esplin, do you have a personal problem with me? Seriously, I didn't mean to imply anything offencive towards you. I like you, man. I was trying to figure what drink you might keep on hand, in the event of a total global breakdown, and I recalled in a picture thread an image that you posted showing several cans of Bud Light. Is it completely unrealistic for me to guess that you would have at least one can in your home, then? As for as the concept of being disorganized, I was not saying that you were personally messy nor that you were incapable of keeping something tidy. You have always seemed to be less... OCD? ... about that stuff than most people. RELAXED, NOT MESSY. Please take it easy. If you want me to write you out of the story, I shall. However, the next time you feel that you have cause to snap at me, I would prefer that you confront me through PM or E-mail, please and thank you.

Would you also like me to take Terenia out of the story, since she is connected to you by association? Perhaps I should never again make any mention of you in any regard in any thread, as I have so thoroughly offended you, and I am apparently incapable of referring to your person in a manner that you would deem to be appropriate. I sincerely apologise if I have in some way insulted one whom I had always considered my friend.

well i apologize for doing it publicly but you asked shanker and mike in the titan discussion thread what kind of powers they would like and you didnt ask me so i assumed i would not be involved.  The sad thing is you've got me right on the money in the event of something like gone I would get a life time supply of bud, It would have been funny and perfectly written if it didn't come as a surprise one night reading things on RAF.  Maybe it is wrong of me to assume that you think I'm a disorganized alcoholic but it came across that way to me and yes I was angry.  I dont care what powers I have or how you write me, youre a good write and youre very perceptive and you did me well, but ask permission next time.

By the by, I DID include you in the RAFchat segment in the first chapter, and it seems to me a fairly natural thing that the entire RAFstaff should be included in a story ABOUT RAF, so I didn't think that you would be surprised that I included you. I also stated very early-on that I intended to use every active member of the forum, and that I could not reasonably be expected to ask each person individually how they would like for me to use them (and what powers they would like) in the story.
When I questioned the others in the T.City discussion thread and in RAFchat, I already had a concrete idea of their roles in the story, but I needed to narrow a few things down, because I was a bit undecided on which powers to assign to them, and the powers themselves were independent of their respective roles. With some other people, I wasn't sure if I knew them well enough to assign appropriate powers, and I needed an idea of their general location, so I asked.
In your case, Esplin, the power that I had intended to give you was part of what defined your role, and I did not feel that I required any further input, since it was already totally narrowed down, as far as I was concerned. I already knew where you lived, too, but that did not matter, because Anna has seen your face and (according to the story) could then teleport you wherever I needed you to be in the story.

Again, I'm sorry for all upset that this has caused to you, but I was sorely shocked to find that you WERE upset. After all, haven't other RAFians written RAF-based stories, even using similar situations, WITHOUT inciting such responses?

I would like to interrupt this lovely conversation to say that I LOVE it so far. I now have a new thing to anxiously await more chapters. I think it would be cool to see myself in it, but if you don't want to, that's fine. If you do want to, you have my permission.

The first time I posted in this thread it was to tell people to stop arguing, I didn't read your description of it.
No one else in the story was displayed in a remotely negative way.  When you say someone is disorganized it doesn't come across as laid back even if you meant it that way and Im sorry for misunderstanding.
I didn't read the first chapter, I wasn't aware that I was in the story until someone else mentioned it.
I have every right to be upset.  You shouldn't change the story or remove people connected to me through RAF, that is just unnecessary because no one else should be effected by this.
I was always asked by other people and they never said anything like that about me so I was never offended.  You're making a big deal out of it too.

I apologize for the whole thing, by all means use me as a character and continue with how you're writing me, but I think I have to right to be a little offended.  I accept your apology and I mean that sincerely.

By the by, Esplin, I did state that this story would have villains. I never said that I was going to make YOU the villain, and I'm NOT (unless you would really want that, rather) making you the bad-guy in this story. I have already gained permissions from my primary bad-guy, who knows that I will be taking advantage of every one of his idiosynchrasies, especially any negative ones, for this story.
