Reading the books...What order?

Hi fellow fans of Animorphs. I used to read Animorphs when I was younger (about 10 or 11) and I found out about this site maybe a week ago, and found out that you could download all the books! 
I never got to read the whole series, and I would usually just read whatever I could obtain. Well now that I have all the books in my possession, my question is: What order should I read the books in? Should I read books 1-54, and then the rest of the extra books (Alternamorphs, megamorphs, chronicles). Please help me out, because I love Animorphs and I want to read the books in the right order so I can get the most out of them. So far I have read the first 5 books, so I hope that didn't ruin anything.

I actually made an "in order" list for my friend when she started reading them, so I happen to have that on hand...

Order:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Megamorphs #1,
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, Andalite Chronicles,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, Megamorphs #2,
19, 20, 21, 22, Hork-Bajir Chronicles,
23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, Megamorphs #3
30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, Visser,
36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, Megamorphs #4,
42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, Ellimist Chronicles,
48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54

If you're going to be reading the Alternamorphs, I'd say the first one should be read after book 11, and the second should be read after the David saga (books 20-22). But this is if you're reading them at all. They really aren't worth it.

Publication order would be best, as the chronicles have info in them that could spoil the rest of the series if read beforehand.

You can't get them here anymore. Try Google, be sure to use keywords like "torrent" in your search queries

It's also possible to safely download them from this other Animorphs fan forum once your first 5 posts have been accepted.. Hope this doesn't count as advertising.
