Okay, so I was driving through taco bell the other day, and they have this HUGE curve you have to go around to get to the ordering...thing.  I turned and slammed on my brakes, and this small hawk just sat there next to one of the bushes (there were a TON of chirps coming from that bush, I think he was considering it an all-you-can-eat-buffet) and glared at me like "you're interrupting.  Continue..."  He was tiny, with intense eyes, and I don't know what type he was.  But I couldn't help thinking he'd tried the drive through and his thought-speech didn't go over the microphone, so he resorted to the bush. ;)

Everytime I see the word 'infest' I think of Yeerks. ::) So, I was reading in my Biology book about how algae infests water, I went, "That is just so sick!" My brother went, "What?" And I ranted about infestation...whoa. I felt really stupid. And then, everytime I see an elephant/bald eagle, I imagine it's Rachel.

Al and I went to the zoo in Chicago yesterday. As we passed the tiger habitat, we briefly considered recreating the scene in #1...
