During this book, a Yeerk named Aftran makes history as only the second Yeerk ever to enter an Andalite's head!  She did so to help Cassie locate and remove the Tria glad from Ax before it exploded.  When Ax woke up to find a Yeerk in his head, he totally freaked out!

Then Cassie got worried that she was hurting Ax, to be told in deadpan fashion that no. He's screaming because he has a Yeerk in his head. Funniest part of the whole book.
