Maybe the One gave the last of the animorphs the power of the ellemist for thier heroic acts? since there are only five of them left, maybe its more than a coincidence?

I dunno...i always thought the One was not "all-powerful" but more like another one of Crayak's new apprentices or something, like "the Drode". And then the new "yeerks" would be the "Kelbrids".

sry. I meant that if the story was to continue...the Kelbrids would be the new bad guys.

i always picture Crayak as a massive gorilla cyclops stuck hardwired into a chair with a single bloodshot eye looking down at them.

as for the Kelbrids, in my early fics (before i got lazy), i kinda pictured their culture off of early native american tribes. they war with each other but they are trustworthy to a fault.

as for mental image of the Kelbirds, i came up with two castes in my mind, the workers/warriors (think of a huge 10 foot spider covered with armor and space age tech) and the leaders/scholors (think of a spider centuar with eyes with the texture of glass).

ok .I can't really describe the Crayak from how I view him, so i'll draw him!

as for the Kelbrids, I always pictures them as reptilian.
