Some Nights by Fun is my anthem for Jake, particulary in the latter half of the series.
Sadly I don't really have the resources to make it a music video, but this is what comes into my head.
[spoiler]Some nights I stay up cashing in my bad luck
(Lion and tiger facing off on the rooftop of a mall)

(Jake collapses into bed)

(Jake giving big, dramatic pre-battle speech)

(Then turning away with a grimace at his manipulation)

(Walking through the now empty abandoned construction site)

Most nights I don't know anymore...
(Hand morphing to tiger)

(Flashes of gory battle in the following sequence)

(Cassie as wolf bites down on the neck of a Hork-Bajir)
I was never one to believe the hype
(Ax looks up to the sky in the Morning Ritual)
Save that for the black and white
(Ax angrily confronts Jake in front of the bound Chapman)
I try twice as hard and I'm half as liked,
But here they come again to jack my style
(Various angry/disappointed/frustrated Animorphs in the barn, shot of a rat)
That's alright;
(Slower view of Cassie taking Jake's hand)
I found a martyr in my bed tonight
(She kisses his forehead while he's sick with Yamphut)
She stops my bones from wondering just who I am, who I am, who I am
Oh, who am I? Mmm... Mmm...
(Flashes of Jake and Cassie's kiss, interspersed with flashes of the Howlers' violence which takes over.)
Well, some nights I wish that this all would end
(Jake plummets from the tower with the Howler)

(Marco and Jake fighting)

(Tom sits quietly caged; Jake, half-wolf, speaks into a payphone)

(Tobias reads the letter from Alan Fangor, the Animorph's jarred reactions)

Most nights I don't know...

(A flurry of chaotic shots which come back to and eventually focus on Elfangor's death)
So this is it. I sold my soul for this?
Washed my hands of that for this?
I miss my mom and dad for this?
(Jake as tiger faces down Tom across a meadow)
No. When I see stars, when I see, when I see stars, that's all they are
(Jake and Ax share glances, neither understanding the other)
When I hear songs, they sound like this one, so come on.
(Jake covers his ears against the howlers, screaming)

(Jake trying to interrupt attacks on his family and inevitably failing, roaring in anguish as tiger)
Well, that is it guys, that is all - five minutes in and I'm bored again
(Jake demorphing, covered in blood)
Ten years of this, I'm not sure if anybody understands
(Jake's dream of the undead victims of his own attacks; he wakes up)
This one is not for the folks at home;
(A snippet of Jake's 'We can't tell you who we are' speech)
Sorry to leave, mom, I had to go
Who the **** wants to die alone all dried up in the desert sun?
(Jake and his mother talking in his backyard; she tries to comfort him and he laugh-cries)
My heart is breaking for my sister and the con that she call "love"
(A bald eagle and red-tailed hawk fly together, doing aerial weaves)
When I look into my nephew's eyes...
(Young Toby speaks, beautiful green eyes flashing)
Man, you wouldn't believe the most amazing things that can come from...
Some terrible nights... ah...
(Battle in the Hork-Bajir forest, interspersed with battle from the Isaiah Fitzhenry story in the same book)

(Over this, with renewed hope, we see the disabled kids in the hospital all morphing, bursting with excitement and joy)

(Jake bursts out of bed; Cassie's sitting up awake, upset but unable to cry. He picks up the phone, only to find Tom is already on it, listening with suspicion at hearing his call interrupted. Jake sets the phone down very carefully as if it were a snake)

(Jake as tiger faces down Tom in the meadow again; Cassie, hidden in the trees, holds the Escafil device.)
I always think of the Animorphs narration starting from this pivotal meadow scene, and treat it as the single climax of the action.
Also yes I know Toby is a girl and Rachel is Jake's cousin and only by the strangest stretch of the imagination would Rachel be considered Toby's 'mother' (maybe if you considered her Tobias' mate, and considered Tobias Toby's godfather), but the lyrics weren't PERFECT. XD[/spoiler]
