OOC: From Our Universe to Theirs

Awesome.  I'll start this up soon.  I'm probably going to do quite a bit of quoting from the first book for the Invasion part.  And I'm considering putting Jamie in a Hork-Bajir instead of an Andalite, since we've got another Andalite.

Question: Should I have steven already have morphing abilities? If so, I may have him meet the others shortly after Elfangor. He could meet Chad first, find out Chad wants the box, then try to warn the others. What I do depends on whether or not any of you grab the box out of the site, or if it will still be there after the Yeerks leave.

I don't want us getting the box at any time.  I have plans for it.  I'll keep Jamie at the construction site meeting Elfangor, and as an Andalite, if you do that.  He can already having morphing powers; Jamie won't.

An ex-Marine who served a tour in Iraq and was honorably discharged. Just finished his bachelor's in Engineering so he's highly intelligent. He had read the Animorphs books as a child and had thought over what he would do differently. As he was watching TV, he heard the doorbell ringing. It was a stranger who asked him if he wanted to act out his analysis of the Animorphs. He accepted and was teleported back.

Mike's part of the story was he went back before the others to get a safehouse and other things ready for the others. So there is a base of operations for everyone else at the beginning. He also can procure equipment needed such as cars, food, clothing, bedding, etc.

Bio: At a young age he was tortured because his parents were believed to have betrayed the Andalites and because of that he went insane and killed everyone within a hundred blocks.
