Rukh, I agree with Parker. Yes, Ossanlin has some very god-moddy powers, but they aren't something he can access very often, even if he IS threatened. Not to mention that he can still take damage and after he descends, he's out of it for a long time. If you want this whole Ke thing...you're going to have to build in weaknesses and limits (only being able to use it whilst threatened or angry isn't really enough of a limit), and we can't be seeing it very often. Omnipotence in any form isn't acceptable. In fact one could say that the epitome of god-modding is omnipotence.
Even when Ossanlin is ascended, he has limits...there are many things he just cannot do. He can muddle with time to some extent and has superior mental and physical abilities as well as a very small power of creation, but he wouldn't be able to destroy the planetoid...(that whole fiasco with Goku doesn't count...that whole situation was discussed by the mods and it was decided that it would be best handled in character...not to mention the whole thing was rationalized by Ossanlin drawing dark energy directly from Mar who happens to be connected to a being as powerful as the Ellimist or Crayak)...and he can still be killed, though he might not die until he descends.
Omnipotence means that you could cause the entire Universe to cease existing if you wanted to. For example, someone attacks your character, he gets angry and rages, triggering omnipotence...he can't control himself due to his extreme rage and wipes the Universe out to make sure he kills the person who pissed him off....
I'm just saying, tone it down a bit. Determine the abilities he has access to (not Ominpotence). Impose limits on the abilities such as extreme circumstances like fight or flight, how long the abilities can be sustained, and penalties for using the abilities. Once you have these sorted out, either post 'em up here or PM one of the mods and we'll talk it over and let you know if it works. If I remember correctly, you already made the Reptilinod (sp?) pretty much gods already, so adding more power probably isn't the answer unless you're going to tone down Vogefac's natural abilities. Just some helpful hints.
