Scott, I thought a decrease in frequency of beeping indicated the target was moving away...but maybe I'm wrong.  Just wanted to make sure you knew that Rathien is actually closing the distance to Salem with blades swinging.

Ok, life has settled down for me so Julian can come back.

If I remember right, Julian was having a friendly sword competition with Zoshonel. Have I missed anything?

The last move Zoshonel made was charging, then making a feint, and coming around to attack from the other side. Basically trying to sike Julien out instead of making a direct charge again. He's trying to get Julien at the opposite side of his sword arm.

It's not about creating a character to fit a situation; it's about creating a character and just interacting. This is an RP for character development.

If you want in, make up someone and start up a conversation.

I've already made a character and had him come in. After one post, their was no acknowledgement of his precense, se he faded out of existence. I'm just asking if I can have some sort of idea of another character that could help somebody elses roleplaying experience. AN old friend, rival. A stranger that has exactly what they need.

I know it can be kind of hard to get in when some people are well involved with their own thing. Maybe you could be some friend of Claxter or Jocun who hasn't seen him in forever and wants to know what he's been doing.

You can't expect us to flock to every new character. Most of the characters here keep to themselves. You have to be the one to branch out  and involve yourself. Even then, if you branch out to the wrong person, they may dismiss you.
