Dude, you've got to be kidding. Yoda could send every soldier that approaches him flying back with one finger. Yoda may seem weak, but he could kick V3's toughest morph's ass any day.

Even so, he'd only aquire they're appearance, not their command of the force.

Seriously though, the Yeerks' aim was so bad when they were shooting at just animals, what hope would they have against Jedi, who can reflect dracon blasts back at the Yeerks, and force push anyone close to them. And even if a Yeerk were stupid enough to try and use a Bug Fighter against one, a strong enough Jedi could just take the Bug Fighter down.

If the Jedi were in place of the Andalites, the Yeerks wouldn't have even been able to take the Hork-Bajir.

Hahaha! Yeah, the moment the first Gedd had taken the nearest Starfighter, a Jedi would've grabbed the ship, and brought it down to the ground, and the treaty would be kaput!

I find that magic doesn't crossover with animorphs to well.
I do like
CSI animorphs crossover (which has been done mildly)
and Law and Order crossover (especially after the war ended)
Also a Lie-To Me Post Yeerk Invasion crossover would be great I could just imagine a case where they have to find out whether an Andalite is lying (because the science on which Lie To Me is based on makes clear human facial expressions are universal across even the remotest humans and must therefore be biological and subconscious, interpreting Andalite facial expression would be very difficult.

Daniel Silva and John Le Carre would be incredibly good crossovers both during the yeerk invasion and after the yeerk defeat (and a great way to examine the intelligence ramifications of yeerk and  andalite contact and influence on human society and politics)
Could someone pretty please write one of these stories? I can't as it would screw the canon of my own fanfiction.

Or an episode of trying to figure out who's a controller and who isn't.
Although that wouldn't be as hard, all you'd have to say is "Andalite," and see who shows contempt.

Yeerks are quite good mimics, it would be interesting to see if yeerks have control over these subconscious gestures... they can make you sleep though.

Well, Anakin fell for Palpatine's manipulations easily enough...

Clearly, they wouldn't be taken if they knew about the Yeerks, but it's not like they're psychic. If they didn't straight out know about the Yeerks, the most they could do is suspect, and I'm sure some of the younger padawans might fall for it. And I mean, hey, once a Yeerk gets control of a couple of young padawans, then they have access to the Jedi temple, and thus to the secrets of the Force.
