Tamora stiffened when Ronny rose and began to demorph, her face frozen in an expression of indecision and fear. She is freed from her shock by Claxter's voice and whirls to face the Andalite warrior, her lip raising in a momentary snarl before her features settle back into relative blankness.
"Because I am such a threat," Tamora says, rolling her eyes at the Andalite warrior, "Weaponless as I am, and surrounded by so many who could destroy me with barely a thought on their part." She turns back to Prince Ronny, unable to keep from entirely flinching away from his tail, "Yes, I am quite the menace."

Terenia looks satisfied once the Hork-Bajir moves away, although her expression does not soften. Instead she casts a wary glance in Mar's direction. She knows that he dislikes her, and she herself has tried to kill him on at least one occasion. Then again, she has also bought him a drink. The uncertainty of it all makes the sudden crowd seem claustrophobic.
"C'mon," she mutters to Ossanlin and Corliss, "Let's get those weapons."

Trey's hacking devolves into a retching sound as he empties his stomach of the burger he had inhaled at the bar. He tries to find his way to the hatch of his defunct ship, but the entire cabin is swelling with smoke. He crawls straight into a wall, turns around, and crawls into another one. As lightheadedness begins to settle in he begins to panic, trying to avoid the sparking fire while finding the exit.
From outside his ship, slow tendrils of smoke wisp lazily into the sky.
