Why does the Bored Board look different from everywhere else?

Whenever I visit the Bored Board, I dunno, it's like the skin changes, and suddenly RAF is formatted differently.  All the options like "Home" "Rules" "RAF Blog" etc. are grouped within a blue bar in the Bored Board's 'skin,' for example, whereas they're just in white space normally.  There's other differences too, but I don't know if it would actually be helpful to list all of it.  Is anybody else seeing this?  Is it a beta test for a new format for RAF, or something?

I wouldn't mind it, if it were everywhere, or else nowhere.  It's the switching back and forth from Bored Board to the rest of RAF that's starting to get to me.

Oh... This happened a long time ago. Don't ask me, but according to everyone else it apparently looks like old RAF. I think Steph said she changed it because she didn't want the "Post your signed in time" thread to die. You'll have to ask Steph. She's responsible for the sorcery.

What Saffa said. It's just the old skin/layout from a couple years ago. <.< ...I don't actually have the ability to edit it so it's not missing things the rest of RAF has.
