Este, the prison facility isn't a ship...it's a ground-based complex located on a rocky moon orbiting a gas giant planet.  You don't have to make any modifications, just letting you know.  :)

Also, if you yourself are interested in some of the technical reasons I made up for certain things being possible...Since the facility is in a constant regular-space existence, it can make use of an active artificial singularity for a power-source.  The singularity cannot be shut down, so in the case of emergency shut-down, the best they can do is cut the power flow coming from the singularity itself.  And it's not exactly an easy process.  It takes two, working simultaneously, and it takes special command codes to unlock the coupling-breakers.  The codes Ossanlin and Norry entered before disarming the couplings.  Ships that make use of Z-Space can't use this type of power supply as Z-Space nullifies the singularity, or in some rare cases, causes a catastrophic release of energy which produces a "null" patch in Z-space...incidentally, it also decomposes all forms of physical matter within a spherical area that more than engulfs the area of the ship that it was supposed to be powering.

There are backup sources of power...for example, the computer has its own backup system, but Esarvit and Aurellia have taken care of that.  The Virus that Esarvit uploaded actually locked down all rooms and levels of the facility that the Rogues don't need to access to.  The loss of power to the computer locked it into its current phase.  Any doors the facility Andalites need to get through will have to be cut open.  Once they restore power, they can work around things, but by that time, the Rogues should be long gone with the liberated Rebels.

No worries about the necessary modding; we weren't planning on putting any hitches into the plan at that point, anyway. :)
As for the ship versus not-ship, it only took a few words' adjustment and was no trouble.
The universe is, instant by instant, re-created anew. There is, in truth, no Past, only a memory of the Past. Blink your eyes, and the world you see next did not exist when you closed them. The only appropriate state of the mind is surprise. The only appropriate state of the heart is joy. The sky you see now, you have never seen before. The perfect moment is now. Be glad of it.

Well, it wasn't necessary but thank-you Este.  ^^

On another note, I've written a narration just to sort of give everyone an idea of how things look from the other side.  I was originally only going to post these types of things at the beginning and end of each chapter.  I plan on continuing to do that, but I thought it might help immersion to add little tidbits here and there during the chapter.  Please let me know what you think about it, guys.  Tell me if you like it, don't like it, think it adds to the story, think it detracts from the RP, could take it or leave it, etc.

Like I said, I'm trying different things with this RP...some will stay, some will go.  If you guys don't like the narration in the middle of the chapter, I won't do it anymore.  If you do, it'll be an option to keep on-hand.  Let me know.  :)

Also...the rebel hosts along with the rogue Andalites would've heard that little gem of an announcement from Nirdran...

Luke, it isn't important, but Ossanlin probably would have recognized Terenia as well. I'm not playing her atm, but she is one of the rebels saved.

For the record books, these are the Yeerk rebels (host and Yeerk) that we have determined are alive. There are others who are NPCs that we have entirely not developed yet, but of the characters we have fleshed out, this is the list of who is there:
Chris O’Hearn/Keslin 574
Dominic Ticak
Aya La
Terenia Rerin
Nikolaos Yorgiadis
Tara LaFauci/Myitt 195
Lanath 148
Theresa “Tess” Franklin
Daniel Feldstein / Illim 718
Okay Jessi.  I had no way of knowing which ones were going to live and die, or which ones would be captured and which free.  These are all those who've been captured then?

As of right now, those are all the characters who have been captured--as far as I know.

I'm not sure why, but I think I got the impression that Ehrvin was female. I'll edit that.

Hey guys. FYI I'm posting on the assumption that the wall is transparent one-way and even though Ossanlin and Tara can see in, Chris can't see out. That was my understanding based on Luke's earlier post. I'll edit if needed.

Luke, at any point are they just going to unlock all the cells? I have one other human semi-NPC to free, from Tara's perspective, and I think Jessi and Marie do, too. Are the others visible in their cells, at least?
