I resisted the urge to groan at Sam's witty comment and landed behind a tree.
<OK, behind here should be good to change back, should be enough cover.> I remembered that I'd imagined the eagle to change, so I imagined myself to change back. Human body, long hair... I immediately shot upwards, legs thickening and growing as my wings changed from flat appendages to long arms, tiny fingers sprouting from the ends of them. As my eyes changed back into their normal form and I lost my beak, I looked down. As the feathers were the last thing to go, I cringed.
"Uh, Sam?" I whispered loudly. "Don't come near! It's just...I don't know how to...morph clothes..." I finished lamely, embarrassed. Luckily with this tree and the bushes nearby, I was well hidden and could hide further if anything happened.
