Marty was delighted at the sight of the shuttle, already prepared. This whole scenario was very thrilling, and he was beyond enjoying himself as he watched their story pan out. And so far, it had done so to perfection. Everything, exactly right. He knew that the order and precision of the mission wouldn't exist after they arrived at the prison, at least not at the same level. That was when the unknown variables would sneak in, the unpredicted events that would alter the plan. But it was impressive how many of these unknowns Tiberi had rightly assumed and prepared for before this day.
The step off the platform gave him an odd feeling, but not one he hadn't experienced before. The shuttle itself was almost as wonderfully natural as the office had been. It was smaller quarters, for sure, but the party wouldn't be cramped, or even inconvenienced. Marty reached out to shake hands with and greet each of the fire-team members, glad for their company. “Hello. I'm Marty.” he said simply, with a grin. But before any small talk could begin, Lee brought their attention to the vials. He was suddenly aware that Tiberi had planned on them acquiring the morphing capabilities Reli had shared with them. Either he had known that Reli would have it available and be willing to lend the morphing cube's use (from a source of his, no doubt), or he'd had his own means of bestowing that ability. That was a truly intriguing puzzle, one he may not ever know for sure. Perhaps he would ask Lee after he had a free moment or two.... Lee explained to them what the vials contained, and distributed them.
The Grey Wolf. Marty instantly saw it as an excellent choice. It was fast, it was smart, able to plan and evaluate. The wolf didn't tire easily, it wasn't too big and bulky, nor was it small and defenseless. The senses would be remarkable, the strength and speed, unimaginable. He could evade, he could run, he could maneuver... Marty had accepted the decision immediately, not that he'd had much choice in the matter. As a wolf, he would be able to still perform his tasks; surveillance, reconnaissance, espionage. He hadn't been wrong to look up to Tiberi. Even though he wasn't born human, he was the smartest one he'd ever known. This planning must have taken months, if not years. Better yet, there were two other wolves, albeit different species. Wolves were pack animals, and together with Reyna and Kage, the three of them would be able to function so effectively. Without hesitation, Marty pulled the stopper out of the vial, and dipped his finger tip into the blood sample.
After the others had received theirs as well, Marty asked openly, "Who wants to use the isolation room first?"
