Ossanlin takes the auto-nav offline and strengthens the forward buffers in preparation for the return to real-space. He ignites the forward-mounted destabilizer, ripping a hole in the fabric of real-space. He adjusts the grav-field around the ship and powers down the z-space engines, the loss of the grav-field expelling the Mirage through the z-space rift into the blackness of real-space, everyone on the ship would detect a slight shift in inertia. As the ship exits z-space, Ossanlin powers the main real-space thrusters towards the small planetoid in front of them.
