Does anyone still go on Gaia?  I've just been made mod of the Animorphs guild on there...and it's so dead.  I'm trying to think of how I can get more people to post.

Something just now crossed my mind. A wolf, grizzly bear, tiger, and gorilla. They're all endangered species. Was KA trying to send some kind of message with that, or is it just coincidence because zoos stock endangered animals to preserve the species?

Rachel died, Tobias exiled himself, and Ax got assimilated. Jake Tobias and Marco may or may not have died after ramming the Bladeship. That's left up to fanfic writers, and I think they all like to have the group survive.

Ummm... you can't really make that argument. I understand that she's the least liked character, but she's in every bloody book, and narrates in 15 (counting megamorphs and #54)

...And furthermore, she's the only one we know for sure survived the end of the series.

The way I took Chad's sig to mean, though I knew it wasn't necessarily actually his thoughts, was this: Rachel died, Tobias in spirit because of her death, and Jake never really moved on; leaving the other three.

I didn't forget Cassie. She's there. The three it ended with were Jake, Cassie, and Marco. It took Jake a while, but he did start coming around and coping with things. He took the job dealing with the terrorists, which is a step up from before.
