PP 4-6 of paperback The Departure, Book 19: The Animorphs are spying on a meeting of the Sharing when they suddenly notice that a Human-controller is being arrested and dragged off to a Bug fighter to meet Visser 3!  They decide to rescue her in the hopes that her Yeerk would be grateful enough to reveal secrets to the Animorphs.

How did the Animorphs intend to keep that Yeerk alive for more then 3 days so that they could debrief it completely?  I am confident that the Yeerk wouldn't cooperate unless the Animorphs had a source of Kandrona rays for it.

Book 34: At one point, Cassie is in osprey form flying above a large Yeerk pool on the Hork-Bajir homeworld.  She demorphs most of the way to human, but keeps her osprey wings to slow her fall.  She then STARTS morphing to whale, while STILL keeping her osprey wings!  How in the world does she begin to morph to whale without having completed her demorph from osprey to human?

Book 22: PP 70-79: The Animorphs morph into elephants and Rhinos to smash up the venue of a world leaders' banquet so that Visser 3 can't have those leaders turned into Controllers.  P 79: Rachel encounters Visser 3 in the form of Tony the White House protocol chief and chases him off.  Can't Visser 3 still go to the White House bearing a Kandrona generator and a Yeerk and plug the Yeerk into the President, then have the President plug Yeerks into the heads of other world leaders?

What ever happened to the real Tony?

The Prophecy: Quafijinivon, the last of the Arn, comes to the free Hork-Bajir valley with a plan to clone Hork-Bajir and take them to the HB homeworld to wage war against the Yeerks.  He will die of natural causes in 412 days.  Why doesn't he clone himself?

I have also wondered if he could have helped the Chee recreate the Pemalites out of the Pemalite DNA stored in dogs.

He probably just didn't clone himself because . . . uh . . . that book is stupid? Sorry, I really can't think of any reason for that aside from the writers dropping the ball.

As for the Pemalites being reborn, most likely no. The Pemalite DNA would have probably been integrated into the wolves' DNA and changed as they evolved.

PP 117-118 of "The Answer"

[spoiler]A Humvee containing Tom, another Human-Controller as the driver, a Cassie faked up by Erek, and several Animorphs in insect form drives up to the wall of Hork-Bajir who are protecting the Pool ship.  A Hork-Bajir and a Human-Controller approach to do an inspection.  The Human-Controller introduces a sensor probe, which reads only two complex life forms (Tom and the driver) and the insects.  It doesn't read Erek-Cassie as a life form,  but Tom rebuffs the guard by asking him if he can count to 3.  Why doesn't the senor probe detect the Yeerks inside Tom and the driver?  [/spoiler]
