I really didn't think this was going to be as large a deal as it is... >.< Honestly, with as upset as so many people seem to be, I think there's a good chance Scholastics may release some eBooks. Lol.

I would just like to state, I never had a link in my sig.   :akanbe:

Not the TV show! :( I'm so much more upset by that than the eBooks! Where will I go for my lulz?

Here's a thought... How about Scholastic release the ebooks then?! It's not about not wanting to pay the money, I bough the whole entire paperback series and the Chronicles.  Now they're not available for anyone to read.  I think that's more of a detriment to the series than a site providing the books.

I didn't get the chance to get them all either.  I see this as problematic for my graphic novel... Boo!

you might be able to buy them online.
some libraries might have a few.

i don't agree with what scholastic did, but we're going to have to accept it until the re-release.

Exactly. No matter how much we don't like it guys, the fact remains that Scholastic is well within their rights. Just think of how much worse it could be, they could have demanded these removed ages ago before re-printings were on the way. Besides, seeing as how despite my love for the series my overall knowledge is a lot less than most people here, I seriously can't be the only one that actually has a good bulk of the books can I? o_O

I got all mine on ebay :P I paid almost 200 bucks, but its cheaper than buying em all seperately and brand new! Its completely worth it to me. I have multiple copies of some because anytime I see them at a yard sale or thrift store I grab them. Unfortunately I never find copies of the second half of the series.

That's where most of mine are from too, yard sales and library book sales. Since I usually find them cheap enough, I buy ones I already know I have if I think there's a chance they're in even better condition than the copy I have. ;D

The problem is... some people can't buy the books (the full series in English, because not the full series wasn't translated in the other languages) in their country. And shipping is so expensive =_=' I'd like to buy all the Everworld in English, and all the Animorphs I have only in French, in English too. But the shipping is too much, even when the books are less than $1, with the shipping it becomes $5...
When will we know if they'll be rerelease in other languages/countries?

Ack, true Dameg. I didn't think of the foreign fanbase. :(

Sadly, unless the books take off again though, Scholastic probably won't think of them either...I doubt Animorphs can come back and beat out the Harry Potter craze, but we can at least take Twilight and Percy Jackson. C'mon!

@Goom: It depends, some people down the shipping rate for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. books... but not all of them, and when they do, this is only $5 becoming $3 or something like that. And it supposes also that you find somebody who sell all the books! It's really rare. Sometimes I find people who sell 2 or 3, sometimes even 4 things I want, not more... or they're expensive.

@Gyt: Harry Potter is "old" now. The current fashion is Twilight, but many people don't like it. And for both, there are only 1 or 2 movies more and it'll be finished. Then people will forget :P So Animorphs must come on the scene just at this very moment ;)
But if there aren't many many fans in the US, and a movie or a TVshow or an animated series, we won't see them in the other countries...

I assume you mean http://www.animorphsforum.com/ebooks, right?
Sorry, the e-books are gone. Scholastic forced Richard, the site owner, to pull them down.
See this topic for more information.

Hi everyone!

As I understand, there will be a new edition of the books soon on sale, but do you know by any chance if it's just for the USA or not? I live in France, and I miss a few books (I could buy them on eBay or other websites like this, but for more than twice the price...too expensive for me...^^')

If someone have an answer, it would really help me ;)

**sorry if there is some mistakes^^**
