It was said that female Andalites might not be given the ability to morph so I'll just speculate about human female morphing... What if well pregnant the baby just morphs with their mother. A pregnant human and baby would say morph to a pregnant dog and puppy. Which also begs the question what about becoming pregnant well morphed? If a female became a nothlit would her offspring be normal or have human intelligence? What if Rachel had lived and when older acquired a hawk morph..?
Many times I have wondered, the morphing technology was designed exclusively for Andalites, so I wonder about the possibility of the technology having unexpected side affects when applied to non Andalites. For example since as stated female Andalites don't generally morph... Would the offspring of a male and female with morph capabilities be born with the ability. If it is DNA based wouldn't it be hereditary? If it was, would the baby only have the ability or a random mix of the morphs floating around in their parents DNA?
These are my musings of the day.
