i think, to stop RP's going off topic, there should be an RP OOC (out of character) section, just to clear up the RP, and to keep em on track... just some thoughts

Which RPs are we talking about?
Most of the time (OCC post topic etc) parentheses are all we need.  If this isn't enough for one thread or threads, point me in the direction I need to be pointed and I'll do a infamous *on topic* post.

Well for now I don't really think it is needed, but if you have an RP just create a discussion thread, like titan city.
