Claxter exits the ship and begins to head back to the bar. He notices the Imperial standing outside doing nothing, and eyes him warily. Sukohn noticed him, and gives a friendly wave, but Claxter ignores the gesture.

<What are you doing out here?>

"Oh, almost ready to leave. what have you been up to?"

<We're about leave on a classified mission.> He said, putting emphasis on the word classified.

"And your little controller hostage?"

<She is not a hostage. We are helping her.>

"Yeah, she looked really grateful for your help. But whatever. Not really my problem." Sukohn wondered if the Andalites were going to leave, then he might be able to spend a bit more time at the bar. With them gone, it would be less dangerous for him.

<Just stay out of our business.>

"You're pestering one of my kind, and telling me to stay out of your business? Man you really don't do much to get rid of the reputaion of being the meddlers of the galaxy, do you?"

<She is not one of your kind.>

"She's a Yeerk, isn't she? If she isn't one of mine, then whose is she?"

Terenia exits the ship shortly behind Claxter, but allows him to walk ahead. Instead of proceeding directly to the bar, she steps back into the woods a little bit, where she quickly demorphs. Having four eyes once more, Terenia scans the area, watching and listening for suspicious noises. Finding none, she begins to remorph to human. She wants to enjoy a drink at the bar, but not with the added risk of remaining human forever. With a fresh two hours ahead of her she resumes the walk to the bar, assuming Claxter and any others would be ahead of her by now.

As Terenia closes the ground between herself and the bar she notices a human standing outside, chatting with Claxter. The human, she remembers, is an Imperial soldier. He had told her his name, but she can't recall it for the life of her. Slowing, Terenia pauses just inside the tree line, where she is still hidden from view by shadow. She is well out of hearing range, so she cannot hear their conversation. Not particularly feeling like talking to either of them, Terenia stays in the shadows, waiting for them to enter the bar before she enters herself.

<Stay away from Terenia and Efaen.> Claxter said menacingly.

"Woah there buddy. I never threatened your little friends. No need to get hostile."

<Also stop acting friendly. You are an enemy, and there is nothing stopping me from killing you.>

"But you aren't. For such a rebel/Andalite hotspot, everyone's been pretty hesitant to kill me off. I'm just trying to show my appreciation for that by being nice."

Claxter pawed the ground with his hoof, then strode past him to enter the bar. If his Prince was going to make friends with Yeerk rebels, then he could see cause in that. However, he wasn't sure why an Imperial wouldn't be shot on sight. Terenia had defended him, but that didn't mean much to Claxter.

Keshin nods at Elayne and wanders outside of the bar, slowy making his way towards Sukohn. He's holding the napkin in his hand and playing with it with his hand. The names are luckily unaffected by this.

Keshin then stands next to Sukohn, noting the strange conversation he's having with the Andalite. Keshin jerks his thumb at Claxter. "Hey, this guy bothering you? We don't want any trouble, Andalite."

Mar blinks and looks up as Elayne returns to his table, smiling a bit at her arrival. He waves almost casually, but then frowns a bit. He turns his head in the direction of the door briefly. "Just what on earth were you doing with that bounty hunter? It seemed very serious. You should avoid getting in such trouble, you know. People like that are hardly trustworthy."

Claxter narrowed his eyes at Keshin, remembering when he shot Ossanlin's friend Corliss. He said nothing, though, and found a spot visible to the back door that he could relax.

"Actually he bothers me less than Andalites usually do. So you got the names? Good job. I have a few things in my ship that may interest you as a downpayment. Once I am rewarded, I'll give you something more befitting your accomplishment." Sukohn said, and held his hand out for the napkin.

Elayne smirked at his concern as she slid onto the seat next to his. "I know. But that business transaction will be good for me, either way it works out." She sighed then murmured low enough she wasn't sure even he could hear, "Although I may have just sold out my whole race." She hooked her heels around the lowest rung on the barstool, and propped her elbow on the bar, thinking about another drink but deciding against it for now.

Terenia frowns, squinting through the gloom as Claxter enters the bar and the bounty hunter takes his place. The Imperial and the bounty hunter - Keshin, she remembers - seem to be taking part in some sort of a transaction, although Terenia cannot tell what it might be.

Interest growing, Terenia slowly detaches herself from the shadows and walks in the direction of the two, musing at how odd a situation it was. To an ignorant observer it would look as though two humans were being joined by a third in casual conversation, not as though an Imperialist body snatcher and a bounty hunter were being joined by a third body snatcher that inhabited a purple centaur. Chuckling a bit to herself, Terenia slows as she reaches the two, maintaining her distance as she does not want to interrupt their transaction.

Myitt sets to work finding scrap metal in the shipyard, and in surprisingly little time she has soldered a metal cube that, with some paint and touch ups, could be a passable representation of an Escafil device.

Lifting up the welding shield, she inspects the cooling metal cube with thick gloved hands, standing outside next to the Skimmer.  She walks back up the ramp into the Skimmer's cabin and sets the black soldering gun back into storage.

"Not a bad piece of work," she says, and looks around for Ossanlin.  "Hey, what do you think of this?  A little blue paint, some Andalite tech magic, and a stun trigger?  We could have ourselves a very nice little mouse trap."

Keshin nods at Sukohn and casually hands him the napkin. Again he's stunned by how well this whole thing has gone, but this area is getting unusually crowded considering he's trying to make a private transaction with an Imperial. Another human, possibly a Yeerk but possibly not, has joined the situation as well.

<We better hurry up an' figure somethin' out, Kess. we don' wanna be seen dealing this kinda thing in a crowd. I know what it's like out on the street.>

Keshin glances around. <You're right. We'll ask Sukohn to move us as casually as possible.>

Keshin then turns to Sukohn with a practiced relaxed smile and makes a gesture out at the ship parking spaces on the GESB. "Hey, can we check that out now? I'm curious to see what you have in mind. Just to warn you: if you mess with me on your ship..." Keshin fingers the Dracon in his holster. "...let's just say that there's no chance you're faster on the draw than I am." <Or rather you are, Joanne.>

<Kess, don' be a braggart. We don' even know what tricks he's got yet.>

<I'd like to see him try outrunning Static Shock.>

Mar blinks at Elayne's statement and scratches at his hair. "Dear, that sounds like the kind of thing I would do, not beautiful Elayne the proud rebel."

Mar then leans up closer to Elayne and says with a suprisingly serious expression on his face, "What exactly did you do with that woman? Bounty hunters can be very dangerous people. I can't imagine why you would need one."

Terenia hears the tail end of Keshin's comment to the Imperialist and bites her lip, facing a moment of indecision. She glances towards the bar entrance, where Claxter disappeared to, and then back towards the forest where Myitt and Ossanlin are still aboard the Skimmer. For once, she isn't being babysat. For once, she is alone. She may not get another moment like this.

"Keshin, right?" Terenia says, deciding to take the chance and stepping forward and glancing at the Imperial, "and...I'm sorry, I forgot your name. You introduced yourself earlier."

She doesn't wait for the Imperial to respond, instead lowering her voice and speaking urgently to Keshin, "You're a bounty hunter, right? I was wondering...do you complete jobs that don't involve killing people off? Because I may have a...proposition."

(I forget if Sukohn has seen terenia's Human form, or if she was Andalite in the bar earlier.)

"Don't get suspicious of me. I won't turn on you." Sukohn said as he put the napkin in his pocket, and turned to head to his ship. He noticed the Human, but decided to get this deal over with.

He walked to his ship, assuming Keshin would follow and brought out a box. Inside was a bit of Earth and Yeerk currency, and also some fuel cells for a Kandrona machine and the bugfighter. Just some extra stuff that he shouldn't need before getting to Earth.

Keshin blinks in surprise as soon as he hears the newcomer's statement. He has no idea who this girl is at all, although he could almost swear he's seen her before at some point. He squints at her trying to place who she is. <We've definitely talked to her before, but this place has been in a flurry of activity for some time. I'm going to muck around in your head until I get it, okay?>

<No problem, Kess. It ain't someone that wants us dead at least.>

Keshin then turns to the girl and gestures lightly at Sukohn. "Yeah, no problem. I've done those kinds of gigs before in my life. Heck, I'll do just about anything for the right stuff. But I'm in mid-job right now. Can you talk to me after I finish this up?"

Keshin then turns to follow Sukohn towards his ship, making his way across the area. Sukohn said he's no threat...but these days Keshin can never be sure. His recovery time is not what it once was.

Elayne blushed, realizing Mar had heard the last words she had said. Leaning forward as well, so that he was the only one who could hear her, she murmured, "Her Yeerk was asking the names of the resistance fighters in my past--as it's their own present. In return, I asked for a pilot, as mine died as I was on the way here." She sighed. "I figured that, at the best, I'd have a way home to resume my protest. At worst... my entire past will be changed, and there will be no need for a protest at all." At this, her stomach gave a sour twist, and she pressed a hand against it.

((she was Andalite before))

"No," Terenia reaches out and grabs Keshin by the arm gently, not pulling her back, just getting her attention, "it's now or never. I don't have a lot of time. Minutes, at most. Trust me, though, this'll be worth it."

She glances at the direction that Sukohn departed, "I won't keep you long, I promise. All I request of you is this. Don't let the Andalites take me away from this bar. And when I decide to leave, don't let them follow me. Got it? That's all you have to do."

Keshin's eyes widen in surprise at this request. It seems very out of nowhere...but it strongly suggests who this person might actually be. Keshin glares at her slightly, but then settles his expression. He wonders dimly if it's worth getting involved with a can of worms this big at all, but eventually states,

"Look...what would you be able to pay me to do it? I don't work for free, ever. Do you have any access to anything lucrative for a person like me? You just might..."
*******************************************************************************************************************
Mar slams his palm down on the table. "You did what? You fool! Elayne, you should never do anything that has a chance of altering the future that you came from! You could be changed into an entirely different person!" Mar looks down slightly. "...if you had really wanted a ride that badly, I would have done my best to locate one of my companions. They may have given you something like that..."
