(Engineer)

At the sound of knocking a blue head appeared from the pile and keened in a high pitched tone, the rest of the pile was pulled from the Engineer as it rose slowly to Parkers head height and whistled hesitantly.

It had hidden the moment it heard the other crash and the yelling and didnt wish to get into danger, however it trusted the Spartan not to lead it into trouble and waited patiently.

The large Ork was rooting around in a pile of scrap, looking for things, occasionally he'd toss a hunk of metal at Nazshak.

He paused in his digging through scrap. "Oi! Ya didz ya hear sumfink?" He listened for a few moments, straining his ears for the slightest sound before shrugging and returning to his searching.

"Hey! I foundz dis!" Skarfang held up what appeared to be a heavily beaten up engine. "It shood be useful for somfink, in it aint it'll 'urt wot evar Iz fro's it at!"

Parker soothingly says to the Engineer in a whisper, "Hey buddy, there you are. We gotta get you outta here, okay? So keep low," Parker squats low, "and be quiet, okay?" Parker stays in his crouched position, and begins walking back towards the bar, keeping low.

The Engineer floats along behind Parker at its usual pace, a gentle bobbing that if it had legs would be a slow walk, It couldn't go any faster or too much lower, but it tried its best to comply

It knew where Parker was heading and kept going straight there, but Lighter then Some kept pausing and looking around, a bit skittish.

Parker stayed his course, "low and slow", constantly checking to make sure the Engineer had stayed "in tow". After winding through the piles of refuse and ship parts, Parker stands up, looks around, and jumps up a few times to make sure they were out of anything's vision.

Parker then turns to the Engineer and asks, "Alright bud, you should be safe from here on out. I can't walk you all the way back, 'cause I got to keep a promise to someone, alright? Do you think you can make it the rest of the way on your own?"

The Engineer whistles affirmation and continues onward, heading in a beeline to the bar, it entered and immediately floated amongst the rafters and would wait there until it was needed.

Parker watched the Engineer head off towards the bar.
"Okay, time to see what else has crashed here."

Parker took off and caught up with Thodol.

Myitt wanders after the crew and into Morgan's ship's med bay, watching the proceedings with dismay.  She's so entranced by it that she jumps when Mar walks up and starts talking to her.

"He's hurt badly, guess that much is obvious," she says flatly.  "But look at his uniform, it's very...I don't know.  World War Two?  One?"

When what appears to be a small asteroid comes crashing down next to the bar Myitt takes a moment to peer out the nearest window, spying a strange green ship and two giant green things in armor that immediately bring to mind the word 'orc', but that's natural considering her human mind had been filled with lots of Lord of the Rings.

It appears that they're arguing amongst themselves and not attacking, so she turns back to the operating crew, observing silently for a few moments more.  She's within earshot of Morgan asking for type O+ blood.

<Whoa.  I'm O-positive.>

<You sure you're okay with it?>

<Sure, how bad can it be?  It's like a long day at the blood drive.  Or a Hork-Bajir making your arm into Swiss cheese.>

<Alright, I get it, guilty as charged...>

Myitt clears her throat.  "Tara is Type O-positive, but I'll have to warn you, we haven't exactly eaten or slept in quite some time.  I'm bloody exhausted, but maybe we can donate enough to help him.  Let's do it.  I just have to sit down first."  She grins lopsidedly.

<As if the last few days could really get any weirder.>

((O positive can only donate to positive blood groups, and O negative is the universal donor, but O- can only accept O-, and O+ can only accept O+ and O-...which means I'm royally screwed if I ever need blood XD  And yes...my character Myitt's host character is my unoriginal alternate universe alter ego...whaddaya want, I was 14...*giant eye roll*))

((You have no idea of the dumb things I did when I was 14. -___-; Mar's peculiar clothing is the result of me drawing him and another character as Les Miserables characters at that age. Apparently I don't know what old-timey French police jackets looked like. It wouldn't be half as embarassing if that wasn't the second time I've come up with something because I couldn't remember something else.  XD ))

Mar glances over him with an odd look, and then turns to Myitt. "You're...right. Although I'd be hard-pressed to say whose side he's on."

Mar paces about the man, and then pauses again, his gauntlet arm resting on his chin. "Healing him is out of the question. I don't have that particular skill even with all of my power. I have another method of restoring myself. But...I could probably calm him down and try and figure out how much of him isn't working."

((lol! i'll get to work on the post soon... mebby i'll have him groggily ask "where am i?" lol))

:edit:

((heres the post!!))

----

Feeling himself being lifted again from the ground and being carried again, he decided to not open his eyes for fear of seeing that storm-trooper again. Feeling someone lift up his shirt, he groggily asked “Where am I?”

Hearing the hubbub that happened as something was pressed against his lightly tanned white skin, he could guess that he was in some sort of hospital. Without opening his eyes, he asked the doc in a harsh whisper, “Am I gonna die, doc?”

The Chaos Marine glanced at Parker. "It is advised to only engage the Orks if they attack first, theres no telling how many there are."
He checked his Bolter and sword, flexed his magicks and strode towards the Ork crash site.
"I for one do not wish to drown in a tide of Greenskins"

Thodol mused bitterly that he had once been caught in between two fighting Klans of Ork, it was to his eternal chagrin and his Masters constant amusement that Khazrak would do so at the most inappropriate of times, particularly when he was in the middle of an important Sacrificial Ceremony.

He longed for the day when it would be Khazrak who served him.

"Alright, I got your back." Parker said and slunk off to the side, staying behind a pile of ship.

He found a nice green colored ship that he would blend in behind perfectly. He scanned the pile he was taking cover in and found a large aluminum tube. <Perfect!> Thought Parker. He took the pipe as slowly and quietly as possible. He withdrew his sniper rifle and inserted the barrell into the pipe. The pipe extended a good foot past the end of the barrell, so there was no way to see the gun.

Parker extended the pipe/barrell of his sniper through a crevise that gave a view to the Orks. Parker zoomed in to 5x magnification, in order to close the scope to show only the Orks and Thodol. If anyone looked at his position, they see only refuse and ship parts. He was in perfect camo.

Zoshonel had gone back outside to watch things, and went to the recent crash sight where the green ones were arguing. He looked around for Parker, but didn't see him, though his sense of smell told Zoshonel he was nearby. He decided not to do anything conspicuous, and just got up into a tree to observe.

Asda heard Cutter's quiet voice.

"Die?" she replied gently. "Not if I have anything to say about it."

Then she stood up and said to Myitt, "All right. You're not in the condition I'd like, but we don't have much choice."

Asda pointed with one arm to a crew member and said, "Take her into the next room and do the transfusion. Quickly! And make sure to keep an eye on her. Make sure she eats something."

As Asda prepped the room and herself for the surgery she said, "And anyone not scrubbing up to do surgery needs to get out of my sick bay!"

((holy crap. I leave for a few hours and there's four pages to catch up on? Yikes!))

<That would be useful information,> Ardiss replies, <None of your past Yeerks required blood type information? I know that our current technologies allow for the swapping of blood regardless of type, but there are far too many times when the technology is unavailable. This would be a prime example.>

"Sounds like you've had quite an adventure," Ardiss says to Ossanlin. She is still speaking in the casual human-esque style that Christine would be more likely to use, although she is unsure at this point if she is still pretending to be human or not. This strange Yeerk has been rather friendly, despite his odd and possibly dangerous affiliations. Besides that, if there was going to be an attack, certainly it would have come by now. The Yeerk military is not known for patience.

"What are you going to do when you need to feed?" Ardiss asks, "There isn't a pool around here."
