Kara hesitates, clearly wanting to ask Mar about his history rather than explaining her own, but she concedes quietly and responds.
"I remember our house the clearest. I lived in New England and we had a big Victorian house. It was white, with a wrap around porch and ivy grew all up the sides," Kara sighs a little wistfully, "in the summer it smelled like hyacinth and lavender. My brother and I would play in the front yard with our friends, and my mom would make homemade lemonade. It was beautiful."
