Another visitor enters, padding toward the bar. His body is dark-furred, lithe and feline looking, complete with the tail and a ruff of thicker fur at his neck.  He had spent time on Earth too, and had also run up against roadblock after roadblock keeping him from finding what he'd been seeking. He'd been close, but had barely escaped with his life in the end. When he'd heard about the Yeerks, Zin had realized Earth was more of a target than even he ever thought. They hadn't beat him to what he was seeking yet, but if they weren't getting in his way and annoying him, beings from his own system were. And apparently his help was as incompetent. Help them break out of jail and they can't do thier jobs right for anything.

"Sometimes that planet seems like more trouble than it's worth" he muttered as he took a seat and ordered his drink.

(ooc this is admittedly based off a short-lived show I'm still enamored with, I hope it's okay. And I think I'll bring in someone else too. Eskon is from the Second Chance RP. I based his host off CSI's Gil Grissom as closely as I could without actually saying it was him lol)

"Tell me about it." a nearby human controller grumbles. His host is a stocky bearded male, rather smart for a human. There's a constant trading of jabs inside Gilbert's brain, which drives Eskon nuts sometimes. But at the same time, it's a fascinating challenge for a Yeerk who thinks of himself as rather intellectual. They really aren't a bad match for each other, when you get down to it. "Who, nice kitty."

"I knew I should have form-shifted before coming in here." Zin groused. "Don't annoy me too much, you won't like it." He gives his mug a slight mental nudge, indicating his species' telekenetic ability.

"I've heard of your kind. My people would love to conquer your world. Telekenetic controllers, just imagine it. But your being energy-based makes it impossible for the moment."

"Fortunately. We have bigger things to attend to than trying to conquer a pitiful world like Earth."

"C0cky Vardians. I'll take Andalites over you any day" Eskon shook his head. (whoops, run in with the filter lol. Sowwy)

Myitt shakes her head, looking at her brother.  "That kid's not supposed to...I don't know...I have no idea what's happening."

"You and me both, mate," says Corliss grimly.

Myitt glances at the newcomers.  "Huh.  Never seen them before." Her eyes narrow.  "In fact I've never seen walking cat people before.  At least, not without wings."  She shrugs lightly.  From where they're sitting, a bit removed from the bar counter, they probably can't be overheard...but Corliss' uniform is at least recognizable as standard Yeerkish issue.

Mike looked down at Keiran, the boy suddenly crying below him. He felt a sudden sense of loss filling him and he hopped down to the stool a few feet away. Looking down at the boy he got the same feeling looking at Breekan gave him. But for some strange reason the boy was different, and it was because of how he looked and because he was crying. He jumped down beside the boy and began to purr lightly, trying to lick his arm to get his attention and then rub his head up against him. He tried to pass himself off as a housecat, hoping to cheer him up.

"This might hurt." Temrash said, as he ducked behind the pilot seat. The hunter fired a missle that shattered the viewport, even with the shields up. Temrash was blown back, and some small bits of material cut his skin. He bolted for the opening before another missle could be fired. The hunter aimed again, but Temrash blasted into the barrel. That disabled it.

"Why won't you DIE!?" They both screamed in unison. This made Temrash burst out laughing.

"Shut up." The hunter said, though he couldn't help cracking a smile. "Shouldn't that ship be down now?"

"I don't know. It's not mine."

The hunter drew his sword and shield. Temrash bolted for the bar. He noticed the male Andalite was up. He went over to Myitt.

"Well, his ship is down. Gonna need some help finishing him off, though. I'm running on pure adrenaline at this point." He said, as the hunter walked through the doorway.

"Aw jeeze," Breekan mutters. He grabs a wad of paper towels and begins to mop the boy up. He looks over his shoulder. "BT, another milkshake, please?" He turns back to Keirdan. "C'mon man, it'll be swell. You've got another milkshake coming, and look! A kitty!"

"Seeking aid, are you?" The hunter asked as he walked inside. "I'll mow you all down! And don't think I forgot about that blasted explosive that hit me before. Was it you!?" He demanded of Myitt.

Myitt regards the bounty hunter, looking him up and down, although she's already picking up her Dracon.

"No, you see, that was my evil twin," she says flatly.  Without a word Corliss smiles and lifts up another detonator.

"Let's be reasonable here," he says in Galard.  "We all know that you want this creature."  He nods at Temrash.  "He clearly doesn't want to be taken.  So how about you let him go, and I put this detonator away, and none of us gets hurt?  What will it cost you?"

<Careful, mate,> says Corliss' host Michael warily.  <He's madder than a March bloody hare.>

<I know, but really, I don't feel like blowing anyone up today.>

<Yeah?  Well, I don't feel like being blown up today, thanks.>

Seeing the detonators make their way out and the scary-balls bounty hunter make his way in, Breek kneels down in front of Keirdan and spreads his wings to their full span, blocking the boy from view. "Myitt, anyone ever tell you that you seem to wind up in some distinctly dangerous social circles?"

"No, Breekan, but thanks, I wasn't quite sure," says Myitt tersely, never taking her eyes off the insane bounty hunter who wants to kill them all.

((yeah I don't wanna scroll thru the many pages of the rp on my phone to read all the posts I missed in the last 3 days.. I'm too lazy. And slightly hung over. Ill just pick up here lol))

Alic ignored the boy, hoping he wouldn't want to make her rip off her ears. She never cared much for children, of any species, and the fact he could do some major damage made him more annoying. Hmph, kids.

Her stalk eyes met the newcomers at the bar. A big kitty? She wasn't fond of cats either. Alic arched her tail higher, for some reason she didn't like this new creature, like she ever trusts anyone anyway. The human would be easy to take down if it came to it, but she had no idea how the cat would do.
She was pretty sure one of them mentioned Andalites, but she was far enough away that she couldn't hear the entire conversation.

Alic was trying to hear what they were talking about when Temrash ran inside. It startled her and she took a step back. All four eyes settled on the bounty hunter. She didn't care what could happen to the trouble-maker, but if its putting her friend in danger... Again... Then of course she would be by her side.
Moving closer to myitt she smiled. <Yeah. You're a trouble magnet with a death wish.> She then glared at the hunter.

She remains sitting on the middle of the bar floor.

Keirdan stops crying as Breekan cleans him up, and reaches towards Mike. He begins to pet him, a smile crossing his face.

Mike felt himself being pushed towards the boy as Breekan tried to keep him safe with said wings, so he jumped into the boy's lap and quickly pushed his head against Keiran's belly. He spoke privately to Breekan, obviously nervous because he still was unsure of the bat-creature hovering over him and the boy. <What's the matter with him?> His tail shifted on the boy's leg, his body small in comparison to them both. He was a tad bigger than a housecat, but only in muscle, not in fat.

Keirdan squeezes Mike, and stands up, holding him under his front legs, letting the rest of his body dangle. He puts him on the barstool, and climbs up, laying on top of him for a moment while he tries to pull himself up. He quickly sits up, and pulls Mike back onto his lap. He presses his face into Mike's fur, and hums happily, unaware of what's going on behind him.

"I'm so close, I can practically taste him!" The hunter yelled. "He dies today, and everyone who gets in my way!"

"Not sure how well that detonator will do if he blocks it with his shield." Temrash said. He was thinking of his options. If he got around the hunter's back, it could help, but he had that back plate. The hunter charged, with his sword held high, and Temrash moved to protect Myitt.
