The three of them had cornered a woman, pushing her up against the alley wall.  She called for help, but one of the men slugged her across the jaw.  "You should have just given us the money, Then we wouldn't be having this problem."  The ringleader said as he pulled a knife.  "Now We gonna have ourselves a little fun."  Suddenly, there was a loud thump and a cracking sound.  The three men turned toward the sound and saw a man in white pants and a white hooded sweatshirt, the hood was up, obscuring his face, and the sword at his hip glittered menacingly.  "Who the **** are you?"  The man seemed to look at each one of the men, then raised his hand.  One of the men was flung into a wall with a sickening crunch before falling limp on the ground.
"I am Myrddin, I am Arturan."  The second man had started to charge him.  Then a nearby puddle of water seemed to pop and the droplets formed into long daggers.  They shot through the second man, cutting holes through him before splashing out, back to their liquid form.  "I am the Wizard, I am the Knight."  He said as he began walking toward the remaining man.  The leader pulled out a gun and pointed it at the man.  He fired four shots, but they simply stopped three inches away, then fell clattering to the pavement.
"Stay away from me man."  He grabbed the woman and put the gun to her head.  The man stopped.  "That got your attention.  I'll kill her."  The woman was crying, fearing for her life.
"I have returned, I am immortal."
"You may be you freak, but she isn't."  He began to take slow steps backwards.  The man drew his sword and charged forward.  The leader tried to pull the trigger, but it was stuck, and wouldn't move.  He let go of the woman and turned to run, but not fast enough to avoid losing his hand to the quick slice.  He tried to flee but the man raised his hand and a a blast of fire enveloped the leader.  Killing him instantly.
"I am the master, I am your servant."  The man knelt before the woman, then disappeared in an instant.
I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly.

Chad

Eventually two orderlies came to get Chad and Sierra into wheelchairs to be moved with everyone else. They were brought outside where several trucks were parked, and once they were loaded everyone was on their way. All of the main people were in one large vehicle, including Odrett who would be interrogate while they were on the move. Darron was there two, and Chad glared at him menacingly. Rory was strapped firmly but comfotably in the back, and they placed Odrett in her ear.

Odrett

He felt he must have been captured after spending so much time in one container of water. When he was brought out, he was placed next to the ear of some Human. He went inside, and once he gained control he found himself tied to the rear of the vehicle. Chad and Sierra were there too. Sierra lokked angrily, and smugly at him while chad glared at the Human who had foiled his efforts. The Human he now controlled was a former controller who had recently gone missing. She had no special abilities. He remained silent, though he knew sierra would force him to speak in time.

Sierra

Sierra smiled at the new controller.  "Hello, there.  I know you can talk.  Identify yourself."  It felt good to be able to command this yeerk that had caused so much trouble.

"I am Odrett. Valued subordinate of Sub Visser Two, who will bring the survivors of your group to enslavement or death. I see through this former host slave's mind that your friend Acre is dead. It suits me fine. But you will not have me as your slave. Your will can be resisted, as any other."

Sierra

Sierra's smile turned until it was full of contempt.  In a mocking tone, she said "Valued?  Will you be valued even now that you are defeated?  Defeated by a group of kids.  As I've said before, you're pathetic."  She shook her head.  "Back to business.  Tell me, what is your objective under Sub Visser Two?"

"The objective of all Yeerks in war. Do well, and gain a higher rank. With rank comes priviledge and power. I may have lost a host, and am somewhat disgraced, but I have valuable information on your group."

"Most of which he already knows." Chad said casually. "You're basically a suck up wo's been lucky enough so far not to fail at much."

Odrett tried not to let his uncomfortability show. He was trying to be optimistic of his fate.

"You Humans are an irritance. We could destroy this entire country, and would still have billions of host bodies to use. The more you resist, the more likely Visser Three is to order the decimation of everything familiar to you."

Sierra

Sierra glanced at the yeerk.  "Really.  What makes you think we haven't realized this already?  We understand the risks.  But we do have our basic human instincts.  Fight or flight.  And considering we have nowhere to flee to, we have to stand and fight.  So get off your high horse, yeerk.  Because you really aren't better than us."

Darron
The First pedestrian transport group was underway they were cast in one group there were about a dozen of them all they had to do was get to the dock. The Second group were camoflaged into the regular fair crowd at the harbor and were leaving. Someone tapped Darron on the shoulder "There are five men gradually surrounding us and in thirty seconds they will open fire." the younger girl whispered cryptically. Darron nodded he knew that if a seer said something like that you listened. He sent a signal to the others "<defensive square position.>" Fifteen seconds they could see the men more clearly now. Ten seconds. Nine, eight, seven, six, five. "<Now!>" the men went down like bowling pins they walked faster. Five minites later they were at the dock. After a quick roll call in side the boat in which no one was missing. They shot off. Luckily the skiper was also a seer so anything bad that happend would be avoidable.

"You think you are equal or better than I am? I suppose we sort of are in the same boat. One day we were told by others that we must participate in a war we might not agree with. Unfortunately, outside the homeworld we Yeerks can not exist more than three days without Kondrona radiation. The Vissers control the lifeline, so they control the military. Those who resist in some way don't live long. Most that speak out are labeled sympathizers, and abandoned. I suppose you are better off, in that you could jump out and try to swim to shore. I, on the other hand, am strapped to the boat."

"If I can't control my fate, then I can at least control my subordinates. That is some consolation."

"Control is not as complete as you may think."  Sierra said with a laugh.  "I ought to know."  She shook her head.  "And yes, I think I'm equal to you.  When you really think about it, I'm the same.  I can't speak for my fellow humans, but I am.  The only difference between you and I is I don't physically go into a person's brain.  Besides that, we're the same."

"All right. You obviously don't have the blind rage associated with the arrogant, guilt stricken, Andalites. But what will you do with me? I don't supposed I'll be escaping from this vehicle, since this Human Yori doesn't even have powers. I don't really know much about the invasion that you or your friends couldn't somewhat easily find out."

Sierra

Sierra laughed.  "No.  I don't suppose we could let you go.  You're a bit of a threat."  Sierra sighed inwardly.  The yeerk didn't seem so bad.  If the thing hadn't broken her ankles and caused such a major load of crap, she may have been fighting harder for it's survival.  Some things just aren't possible.

"No, I don't suppose we wouldn't become friends between now and when we arrive at your new hideaway, and you drop me off at a controller's house. I don't expect sympathy either. If Sub Visser Two's forces ambushed this little convoy, and you died, I may well have been the one who pulled the dracon beam's trigger."

"I don't suppose you are allied with the group of Andalites in America. Visser Three doesn't even know their identities."

"Sympathy?  From me?  Oh, yeah.  That's likely.  And the American Andalites?"  Sierra shook her head.  "No.  I don't know anything about that."

Odrett didn't have much anything to say after that. He stared out of the window, as they passed by places. He had talked about figuratively swimming to shore. Shore for him was his homeworld, but he didn't even know if safe haven could be found there. If any Yeerks were listening in on what was happening, he'd likely be punished for being a host sympathiser.

Humans weren't like Taxxons or Hork-Bajir. They were more complex. They may even be the species to convince Yeerks not to believe hosts were lesser beings. That was easier to do with a sub-intelligent Hork, or a ravenous Taxxon. Rumors has been circulating of a Yeerk Peace Movement recently. He didn't know anything about that, though. Maybe he should have looked further into that instead of brown nosing Sub Vusser Two so much.
