"Don't be too full of yourself gravity balls." Hector said dryly. "They don't have nukes, maybe laser beams capable of carving holes into the earth. IMO, a nuke would rain radioactive ash on us and others."

Ryan sighed. "If they invade, I can make sure any ground troops they have will die as I said before. And Hector here can...create a new ice age." He looked at Sierra. "It was mean of the Headmistress to force you to help."

Sierra turned to the twins.  "She did what was necessary.  This is war.  And as much as I may not like it, and as much as I may hate to help, she knew my weakness.  And she used it against me.  This is war.  Hopefully we'll be able to do the same to the yeerks"

responding to the twins last comment, Cody said icily. "Yes, who does." He then said. "I don't believe the yeerks would attack, though they are technologically superior to us, We have over 6 billion people, now that's alot of power. They just don't have the numbers to attack us now, or they probably already would have."
