"Yeah, because you're the only one who can levitate." chad said as he jumped, and used his powers to let himself down. He was glad he was able to do this mission without stressing his powers too much. After making sure no one saw him, he calmly strolled away. Back to the school. "Maybe I should find a taxi."

Had the twins had the ability to break the fourth wall, they would be so pleased that they actually tried to carry out a secret mission without standing out so much. But it wouldn't have helped. One of the yeerks saw them.

They helped dragged Cody's mom back to school, via back alleys. It would do no good to drag a body around in full view.

Hector frowned at Sierra, as he and Ryan dragged the body back. "Next time, don't get in the way. I'm just going to kill them. No interrogating, no nothing. The mission was jeopardized. If I killed the yeerk straight out, then we wouldn't have to worry."

Ryan kept quiet, he too had a part of the guilt and blame. Had he been quicker, their cover may not have been blown.

She turned on Hector.  "Don't get in the way?  Don't get in the way?"  She shoved him against the wall.  "What am I, just some piece you carry around with you?  Well, excuse me for trying to find a way to get information.  From now on, you can count me out."  She turned to walk away.  But she had forgotten something.  She walked back to Hector, and punched him in the face.  THEN she walked away.

Hector fell back on his face before making the ground frozen, making it very slippery to walk upon.

"There is a time and a place for interrogations, at the moment when he was trying to kill us you're supposed to kill him first!" Snapped Hector, fuming as the temperature dropped steadily. "You're in battle, no on is going to pause just for you!"

Sierra slipped on the ice.  "I tried, ok!  I tried to make him do what I wanted.  It didn't bloody work!  I can't...Oh, whatever.  Tell the others to call me if I'm needed.  You can go **** yourself."  Sierra used the wall to keep from falling as she walked out.  She stormed out of the school, heading toward her house.  She walked up to a random person on the street.  "Fight me."  She ordered, throwing a punch.

Chad had gotten out of the cab after convincing someone to let him in while wearing a weird suit. He had actually forgotten the suit stuck out, which was stupid of him. On his way back, he noticed someone fighting Sierra. He used his powers to knock the guy out, and levitate Sierra up.

"What is going on? I take it the mission went badly? Did you at least get Cody's mom out?" He asked has he hovered her helplessly in the air.

Ryan groaned and heaved the unconscious body on Hector. "You idiot." He went after Sierra.

He knew it was tense, knew it was war but also knew to cherish the few friends you have. The only friend you have.

He arrived just in time to see her start a fight with a random person. "Sierra!" He shouted. But as he went towards her, Chad appeared. And he was being a jerk. Why else would a jerk dangle a fellow fighter helplessly in the air?

Their mission must've gone badly.

I decided to take the fast way back, though it might have been best to fly back with Acre and Cody. Hey Ryan. Let me guess? You went all destroyer on the Yeerks and rubbed Sierra the wrong way? You may need to work on teamwork skills."

"It wasn't that." He snorted, feeling tempted to send Chad all the way down to the center of the Earth. "Did any of the yeerks see you?"

Ryan wished he could be of assistance to Sierra but Chad here was making him angry.

Meanwhile Hector put Cody's mom into a freezer, a broken one that is and raced over to Ryan. He could feel Ryan's anger.
