(I'm confused.....how many horkbajir are there? Also, so we have, two controllers, one with a gun towards damien. Demos is being held hostage while my character and the other girl is somewhere not near the controllers? The two horkbajir that were near him walked around him? Where are the places of incidence?)

(I have no idea...)
(I got a new color scheme, it is easier than putting bold over everything I do. Maroon=tobias Navy=Damien)
(I'm only going to use first person for Damien form now on)

<I don't know, yeerk peace movement perhaps?> Tobias replied. <You're right I'll go get the others, this is going out of control.> And with that Tobias flew off, Cassie would be the first to know, she lived the closest.

I didn't know what to do, I had to get away, I had to, but I could hardly stand, how?
That'sssss a very nice possssst you have there... It'd be a sssshame if something happened to it...

(For future reference my char's name is Victoria...so you don't have to keep saying 'that other girl somewhere' lol ;) )

Victoria

I nodded, deciding to keep quiet as I slowly began backing away. Of course I wasn't going to just turn tail and run. At least not at the moment. I was sure the guy in the bushes with me was going to take his own advice and join me, that is until he brashly stepped right out in front of those bladed things without any sort of weapon.

"Are you crazy?!" I said in a harsh whisper as he nonchalantly strolled out there. "This is no time to play superhero" I said hoping he possessed at least an ounce of sanity. I cursed quietly under my breath, still backing slowly out of sight.

I was nearly home free when all of a sudden a girl came tumbling out of the sky, and fell on top of one of the armed guys. Okay...what the hell! I thought as I stopped and stared at the bizarre sight. This was getting seriously weird, as if it weren't weird enough already. Had there been a gun close enough at hand, I would have jumped into the fray as well. Unfortunately, there wasn't, so I decided to just stay put at the moment.

"just when i though this couldn't get any more confusing," i muttered to myself as i saw a girl seemingly drop out of the sky and land on one of the armed guys.  "just what the hell is going on?"  i considered getting the hell out of there when i swore i heard a voice.  looking around revealed nothing but my gut told me that someone else was hiding in the woods, witnessing the same thing i was.

(( basically there was 3 Hork-Bijar with Stephen + 2 that went after Victoria and the other guy, now 2 of the ones with Steph are knocked out, leaving one with him and 2 going after the other boy, and one confused and angry Zaphod/Stephen wondering what the heck was Tia/Norpo thinking? ))

(weird, that is what it is)

There was only one word that could explain this whole situation. When they didn't speak but, fine. But when the girl fell from the sky, that was...plain strange. But words tend not to show as much as action. Alexander tossed the branch on the ground at that moment, ghosted forward. With two fingers, he tapped certain parts of their bodies. They looked humanoid so they should have some of the same pressure points and nerve clusters.

The two blade things lurched forward and fell face first onto the ground. The pressure points that worked made them lose feeling in their legs. They were paralyzed from the waist down.

(I'm going to try to speed things up since nothing is happening right now)

I didn't want to watch this anymore, it had to stop. Random creatures and humans were falling form the sky and I couldn't go back there the pain was to much. I clamped my hands over my ears. Where did the screaming come from!? What was screaming, why did it sound so familiar. Because it was me... I fell to my knees. The pain! I couldn't block it out, it filled every fiber of my being. Terrible, gruesome, twisted images of creatures of every kind in pain, I couldn't stop the images from flashing in my mind. Suddenly the flashing stopped it froze on one picture, one memory.

Flashback

I was standing at the edge of a pier overlooking a large and dirty pool. You could see slug like creatures swimming and wriggling in the pool. I remember, I remember struggling against the iron grip of the green creatures. Hork bajir... I whipped my head back to see a blue centaur looking creature watching, Visser Three.

<Don't let him get away, infest him imedietly, this human will be quiet usfull with its large intellegence>

That voice, that terrible voice, impossible to block out, it spoke directly into your mind! I felt my head being shoved into the the large pool. Something was crawling into my ear, no! No get out!

Victoria

I continued to watch the bizarre scene unfold before my eyes. I was half-expecting to hear my alarm to go off, and I'd find myself tucked away in bed. Just another messed up dream. But I knew that what I was seeing was real...and that I had to do something. Had to help that kid that they were trying to cart away.

I watched in shock as the guy that had pulled me into the bushes, succeeded in knocking out several of those bladed creatures using his bare hands. I shook myself, to clear my head in case this was all an illusion or something. "Huh?" I said not really taking heed of who heard me know. Then something struck me. An idea...a kind of foolish idea but one nonetheless.

I looked around my immediate area for something, anything really, to use as a makeshift weapon of sorts. Just my luck, there happened to be a rather thick broken off tree branch nearby. Big enough to cause some damage, I hoped, but still small enough to be wielded fairly easily. Gripping the branch in my hand, I slowly and stealthily made my way around through the foliage, coming in behind the creature that held the kid captive.

Luckily, there was enough distractions all around, that it made my plan just a little bit easier. I figured one good swing of this branch against the creature's skull would be enough to free the kid temporarily. Ideally, long enough for the both of us to get away. I mean, hell, if some random teenage guy can knock those things out using the old martial arts pressure point of doom (which up until then I believed was just another Hollywood myth and a bunch of crap really)...then I can surely accomplish at least something with a sizable enough branch, despite my petite girlishness.

Just then, the kid being held captive fell to his knees with a loud splitting scream. Perfect. Here goes I thought aiming the branch back and swiftly delivering a blow to the alien monstrosity's head. Apparently it had worked, and the creature had loosened his grip on the kid. "Come on, let's go!" I shouted at him, hoping that he would stop screaming and start hauling a**.

(( um... which kid.... there is only one Hork-Bijar left conscious is with Steph and Tia standing guard and making sure Damien doesn't make a break for it. Because Demos' character well spontaniously died unless he changed that? ))
