Yes, there is a thread entitled site sign-up. It was created immediately after the site was set up. We don't go back and specifically edit the post to refuse sign-ups.
Yes, in general we will need more people in post-processing than actors. At the moment, the project is (obviously) progressing very slowly, and as such, there's really not room for a full setup of timers/directors.
If a role has been previously assigned to an actor, that role will not change unless the actor gives up their role, or they are absent without any given reason or return date for an extended time.
Please understand that although you may be very enthusiastic about the project, we all were at one point. (Does anyone remember when we met over teamspeak still?) Eventually we discover that life gets in the way. I'm busy applying for colleges, Jess has quite clearly stated her situation. We all want to work on this, but a little patience is in order.
