Is... there a rules thread, anywhere?

So... I'm making a forum for my writer's guild, and figured that since I'm a lazy bum, I'd base the rules off of some other forums that I'm on. (Not direct copying, but just getting a general idea) So I came on here and realized...

There's no rules thread. Or if there is, it's not very obvious.
