Where everyone looked like they were dressed like birthday presents? With all of those ridiculous bows, and such? :P

Give me a white t-shirt and a pair of jeans and I'm solid....maybe a nice leather jacket :P

lol i don't remember. But people, remember, it was the early 90's. Everyone knows that was a fashion era disaster

No it wasn't, it was the late 90s, even went into the year 2000. If the fashion in the show was bad it wasn't because of the decade. most things Ive seen starting mid to late 90s seemed to have aged pretty well if you ask me.

The fashion in the show (and the book covers) was bad because someone kept insisting that teenagers tuck polo shirts into high-waisted pants.

But then, Christopher Ralph walked onto set and said, "Screw you people. I'm wearing my leather jacket EVERY episode!"

And then a sex icon was born! :XD: Or fashion icon. Or neither. And that probably should have been on Brooke Nevin's shoulders, by the way.

Speaking of which, I didn't think the girls' clothing was that bad. But then, I dressed like Cassie when I was their 'age'. Book Cassie, that is... they kept putting her in skirts on the show. What the hell?

Nadia Nascimento also had long-hair. But every Cassie book I've ever seen depicted a girl with short hair...but whatever. Not as big a deal as the fact that Brooke Nevin made a terrible Rachel. Apparently, Brooke was on an episode of Smallville. I saw that episode, but I don't remember if I thought she was good or not. Maybe acting gets better with experience. Or maybe they were PURPOSELY trying to get booted off the show for bad acting....I could see that happening to the cast, considering how the show was done.

By the way. You can see images/headshots from the series on Christopher Ralph's official site.

i agree, the leather jacket christopher ralph wore was the coolest outfit of the show. I always saw the cassie character wearing jeans. did she really wear skirts that often?

Well, I'm not sure 'often' is the word, but the fact that she wore a skirt once is kinda... blasphemous.

And I liked Nevin as Rachel. When I read the books, I picture her. Maybe it's because I like that character the least that it doesn't bother me.
