-Morphing animals capable of long distance travel(high endurance) such as ducks, wolves to travel when other transport methods are unavailable.

-Morphing predator birds to see things far away/in bad conditions(such as little light)

-Morphing animals to explore places, where human nor robot can not go

-Morphing octopus/calmar if there are underwater jobs to do and/or require a lot of arms

-Morphing pretty much anything, in pure selffish way(to experience being different animal, having different senses and so on). Possibly also as to give different view to life, to reduce stress
edit: Checked the "Spell Check" thingy, 2 minor mistakes. Interesting tool

Morph spiders to produce silk.  Morph sheep to produce wool.  Morph cows to produce milk.  Morph chickens to lay eggs.  Morph animals that have been genetically engineered to produce designer drugs.

Crime and terrorism prevention.  The cops could morph birds and insects to spy on suspected criminals and terrorists.  They could even morph friends of suspects.

Too bad that would also go other way.
Criminals could use insect morphs to get into heavily guarded fortifications, morph strong animals to break things, morph fast animals to escape, and so on, and so on.  :-\
Yet seeing your post made me think, "omg, I've never thought of that, you are an evil genius".

Removing tattos.  Just morph, and the ink falls out!

Also removing the holes through which people hang earrings, nose rings, lip rings, etc.

Morph a whooping crane to teach real whooping cranes how to navigate.  Morph wild animals to teach such animals raised in captivity how to function in the wild.

Delivery of mail and disaster relief supplies to remote areas.  Would have come in handy after the Nepal quakes.

Morphing uses:

I: Saving endangered species.  Acquire the male of the species, then morph it to mate with the females!

IA: Donate sperm while in that morph!

II: Search and rescue.  Morph bloodhounds to sniff out missing persons.  Morph birds of prey for air searches.  Morph dolphins for ocean searches or to rescue the drowning.  Morph small animals to reach trapped persons through small spaces.  Morph gorillas for heavy lifting.

III. Explorations of the ocean, Antarctica, and other difficult regions.

IV: Morph small animals when your space ship is about to take off!

V: Morph gorillas and pedal on stationary bikes to generate electricity.

VI: Have gravely injuried persons morph to heal their injuries.

VII: Morph Yeerks to help with brain surgery.

But I expect a plague of identity thefts!

VIII: Morph small insects to spy on criminals, and also sneak into their establishments to search their computers.

Or even better: Make millions acting in TV shows or movies!  Marco actually does this during Book 54: The Beginning! (Which is actually the last Animorphs book!).
About one year after the defeat of the Yeerks, Marco was signed to help play Nick Lang, a superhero who turns into animals!  He wasn't the main star, just the main supporting player, and the main special effect, doing the actual anmal transformations without any need for CGI!
Morph into a carnivore to go hunting, then demorph to eat what you caught!

Riot police morph skunks to spray rioters.

Morph and demorph to repair your damaged teeth!
