No official word on the movie, other than it was brought to some producers.

As for the downloading the tv series; you can get them here:

I heard about a potential film too, from hiracdelest.com. I've mixed feelings, but what I do know is that I wanna be in charge of it!

You can only be in charge of the movie if you hated the ending!

Nah, I'm kidding. Though if they made something that stuck with the ending to the letter, I'd just skip that part.

I was neutral about the ending, but if I had the chance of changing it, I would! I'd prolly choose a more violent ending, like, a massive action scene where the Animorphs go completely all out against the Visser and half of them die in ways to wrench the heartstrings, and then they're forever remembered as the saviours of the earth or..something. Either way, I won't let anyone go into space to get absorbed by confusion manifested.

I dunno, that's a good topic, how would you end it?

I would end it with an epic battle with fewer plotholes, where they all live through it, and cope at differet speeds.

Marco becomes a celebrity, and though he may become bored from time to time, it's not a big deal.

Ax would be a prince, and not get assimilated. He would be a major part in stopping the Yeerks once and for all.

Cassie would become a zoologist that uses her morphing powers to understand animals better.

Tobias would become Human and move in with his mother.

Jake and Rachel would fight anti alien terrorism.

Toby would take her people to her homeworld to help the resistance there.

Rachel and Tobias would eventually get married. Jake and Cassie would be more ambiguous. cassie wouldn't be dating or marrying anyone, and they would be trying to work things out, but nothing concrete would be stated. It's up in the air.

Erek and the Chee would simply continue doing what they did before the series started.

That's the main thing. There are other minor details I would also work out. Like Mertil getting a prosthetic tail, and moving in with Marco. V3 dying, and Alloran retiring from the war to live with his family.

I like those, I like the Cassie one best, it would be so her to turn into an animal and then just move in with them for a little while! She'd write the best nature books too, no one else could write a book from the animals POV and know exactly what they were talking about.

It's a bit depressing and also Poe-esque, but I quite like the idea of Jake going a bit mad because of all the responsibilities and moral judgements he had to deal with at such a young age. As in, the war is over and all he knows how to do is command, and now he can't do that anymore he feels like he serves no purpose and perhaps succumbs to depression, substance abuse, things like that. That, or he was holding it all in for the good of the earth and then just fell apart as soon as it was over.

But then again that's a bit of a slur against a character who proved himself to be strong regularly throughout the series, so I've mixed feelings about it.

Although, I could not change Rachel's death. I do like dark plotlines, and Jake having to send his cousin to kill his own brother is just so dark and twisted that I wouldn't change it. It was the most moving scene in the whole series for me, I actually got teary!

I really don't have a problem with Jake going through some depression. But nothing that can't be coped with. He woould join the military or whatnot to partially deal, and partially because he'd be famous as a small forces leader. So everyone in the military would want him.

But I just can't see killing off a main character at the end of a series that has established very well that not only do main charatcers not die off personally, but there's an obvious in-universe reason for that.
