Visser 3's Sea Blade gets captured by the Nartec, who kill the Hork Bajir crew, stuff them, and set them and the ship in their museum.  What happened to the Yeerks who had been in the Hork Bajirs' heads?  (I'm surprised that none of those Yeerks were able to infest the Nartec).

The Animorphs destroy the Sea Blade.  Why doesn't Visser 3 just build another one?

It's was a pretty stupid book. I aways thought that the yeerks in the hork bajir died when the hork bajir got stuffed. For the second question, I guess the council of 13 won't let Visser 3 wast all there yeerk money on another seablade.

I am confident that Visser 3 could circumvent the Council of 13 and build another Sea Blade.

Because villains aren't allowed to come up with the same plan twice. At least they're not supposed to, unless they lampshade the whole thing like in Powerpuff Girls.

Pretty sure a ship specifically made to travel underwater is going to do significantly better than one made for space.

So they do have better luck than the ships in The Ellemist. I see.

Part of the reason the last Keetrans got swallowed by father is because their ships were no good under water, which was the environment that the creature was in.

Yeah, kind of an alien sponge. It didn't start sentient, but it assimilated enough people that it became sentient. Once the Ellemist got past all the other minds within Father he found nothing there. Nothing unique to the creature.

Why should Visser 3 feel obligated to obey such a rule?
