[spoiler]During "The Beginning", Jake is in a major funk over the deaths of Rachel, Tom, and 17,000 naked Yeerks. His friends therefore kidnap him and put him in water to force him to morph a dolphin as therapy. Morphing a dolphin seems to make him feel better. [/spoiler]
